Good substitute for mince in veggie dishes
Great for adding to veggie dishes as a mince and protein substitute. You don't buy it for the flavour, as it doesn't really have any, you have to create your own.Good for veggie bolognaise, veggie pies, stews, etc. It's also quite good value, lasts for ages because it's dry and was delivered promptly.

Good
Good and small enough pieces to adsorb the flavour. Quarn gives a better mince beef texture but I prefer to eat Soya. The pieces are also quite small so get lost in a chilli where Quarn or real beef would give more body and texture

Value for money
I’m old school. I’d rather use soy mince over quorn. But I’m in a minority. So it’s hard to find in the shops these days. Get a ridiculous amount for the price. It’ll last me years

Good value
This product is so versatile that I use it all the time. Great for bolognese especially! Rated 3 stars for flavour as it is virtually tasteless, BUT having said that it is not a bad thing as you can put your own taste into it as required. I am not a vegetarian but I use this instead where I used to use beef mince before. My son recently asked why the meal tasted so different (I had used beef mince) and when I told him it was usually soya mince I used (but had run out) he was gobsmacked!

Good stuff
I buy this soy mince repeatedly as i can never seem to find it in supermarkets even my local massive Tescos hence me buying it from Amazon. It's good value and makes great chilli, Bolognese, lasagne etc anywhere you wpuld use mince you can use it without having to eat dead animals so win win for me.
