Durable and reliable with enough power to charge your device several times.
This summer I decided to travel around France in my car staying at camp sites. I needed something to charge my phone in emergencies and when away from the charging point in my car, for which this has been ideal. The good:- As far as durability and reliability go, so far so good. It feels hefy in its protective plastic casing. I would often leave it in my car with temperatures in the high 30's, low 40's and it still worked absolutely perfectly when used.- It really is so simple to use. All you need to do is charge up the battery pack at home using a standard usb charger, and when your phone needs charging, just connect it via a usb cable and it will automatically start charging.- I managed to get roughly 5 and a half charges out of my Moto G5 Plus, which has a battery capacity of 3,000mAh. Considering I was leaving the battery pack in a hot car all day, which I thought may drain it a bit, I was impressed by how many full charges my phone got out of it.- I've yet to use the flashlight, but I suppose it could come in handy when trying to locate everything to start charging your phone in the dark.- The light indicator that lets you know roughly how many charges the battery pack has left is a useful feature. It will also start blinking when it's about to run out, which again can be helpful to let you know it needs recharging.- Being able to charge two devices at the same time due to there being two separate usb slots can come in handy in certain situations. The bad:- It's not a big deal, but the power button doesn't seem to do anything. You're unable to turn it on and off as you please as this happens automatically when ever you connect and disconnect you're phone with usb cable.Overall:Considering the battery capacity, durability and ease of use, I think this is a no brainer if you're looking for a portable phone charger. There are other products that are a bit cheaper with less capacity, but I think it's worth it to pay a little bit more for the extra charging power. For the price, it's a great device. 5 stars.*Please let me know if you found this review helpful. No longer charged after 2 months but excellent customer service
I bought this in December 2017. Initially, it worked well and when fully charged gave my iPad another 8-9 hours. However, last week (Mid-February 2018), it just stopped charging completely. I’ve tried different charging cables and plugs but to no avail. Hopefully, the company will get in touch to offer a replacement.Update: the company got in touch immediately and gave me a replacement without any delay. So far so good, it’s charged up and powering my iPad, so I’ve upgraded the rating to 3 stars. Now I’ll wait and see how long this replacement continues to work.

A very high quality device, ideal for students and when you're on the go!
This year, I'm taking a Master's Degree at the University of Reading, and since I live close, I won't be living in halls this time around. However, this provides its own set of challenges - I intend to make the most of life on campus, as this will be my first time learning at one, and I decided that I'd buy a Powerbank to help keep my phone topped up when I'm at the Uni once I start in September, away from plugs and charging ports. I can also admit that I bought this after my Sister bought one of her own; I was pretty jealous after seeing how well the one she bought works, and so I decided to get one for my self. The Pilot X7 arrives quickly in a very nicely packaged box, and comes with a charging cable to charge the beefy 20,000 mA/h battery inside it. It would be better if the charging cable was longer so I could rest it on my desk instead of having it lie on the floor, but it's not too serious of a problem. The red and black colour scheme I chose is pretty stylish, and it doesn't take long for devices I plug in to the powerbank to be fully charged. All in all, a very good purchase, and I look forward to being able to use it on-campus.

A Handy Device.
Fantastic bit of kit. Took this away with me for a few days in the Lake District on the motorbike. Stored in the tank bag on the trip down, easily powered my phones and camera for the trip down there and back. Its not overly bulky and weight is manageable.UPDATE: 07/18I have since taken this with me on many occasions and trips and it has not let me down and doesn't appear to have lost any of its charge capacity. Still a brilliant purchase.

Absolutely amazing!
Firstly, I am just blown away with this product. Obviously it's job is simple and it does it impeccably.I travelled to Italy with the wife the other week so charged the pack fully before going. Got to our destination and realised I'd stupidly forgotten to take the charger! Wanted to take a lot of photos on my iPhone so assumed the pack would die after charging my phone a few times and shockingly, I charged both my wife and my phone countless times throughout the trip without the power pack even reaching 50% charge. Fantastic product!

Died after 3 weeks :(
Died after 3 weeks. Worked fine for a few weeks. I only used it ten time max. It was fab up until that point then just refused to charge. I only used the cable supplied and it wasn't dropped or exposed to any water. Really disappointed as this was an Amazon recommends product

Fantastic capacity and value.
Fantastic capacity and value. I have charged both my GoPro cameras twice, my Samsung phone several times and it is still going strong from one charge.I am very happy with my purchase. The only criticisms I can find are the weight and the length of time required to fully charge the device. Oh, and the torch button needs to be clicked twice not a long hold as described in the manual.I am very happy with my purchase.

Best portable charger we’ve had.
We’ve had a number of portable chargers through the years - usually being disappointed in some way. This charger has proved to be the exception to the rule (at least so far). After an initial charge of around 12 hours we took it away for the weekend with us. We charged our iPhone XS & Galaxy 9 a couple of time’s each - and still had around 25% of the battery left to go.It’s not as big & heavy as certain others we’ve had, but performs better.Highly recommended.Thank you for reading my review I hope you have found it helpful.
