What is the difference between the 180 and the 185?

The only difference between the Neo 180 and 185 are the water pressure controls. The Neo 180 has a lever that you lift up and down. The Neo 185 has a knob that you turn left and right. We would recommend the Neo 185 if you have a high household water pressure - the Neo 185 may give more precision and control over the strength of the water flow.

This model is offered with a turn knob. Would you prefer the pull lever or a turn knob if everything else is the same?

Pull lever wins for me. You can turn the selector knob towards the cleaning setting to adjust down the pressure from the pull lever. I have one that is turn knob only and wouldn't buy that style again, harder to operate.

Anyway to lower pressure going to the unit? Ours has an INSANE amount of pressure, and lowering the supply pressure messes the toilet

I see all kinds of answers some good some not so good. They have a quarter turn shutoff for the Bidet side outlet. It will allow you easily adjust the maximum pressure to the Bidet and is a high quality fitting that is much more reliable and better suited then the plastic tee without shutoff that comes with the unit. Also, if your toilet doesn't already have a braided flexible water line (the Bidet comes with one) you may want to get one to replace the stiff chrome or plastic one going to your toilet that will now probably be too long. If your toilet already has a flexible line, you won't need to replace it. If you do need to get one, choose the right size (measure it), not too short but not excessively long, there is flexibility in using this type. You can get these braided flexible Toilet lines from Amazon or from your local hardware store or Home center. That way all the fittings and lines to your toilet will be new and guaranteed to fit right and everything will match nicely.INSTALLATION TIP: Connect the braided lines to the tee valve before attaching the valve to the toilet (it's easier) then "hand start" the connects to the supply stop and the Bidet and the valve to Toilet, then tighten everything up after there all started. Turn the water on slowly to check for leaks. Done.

Does the nozzle tilt?

There is two of them and they do not tilt forward. They do extend down when you turn on the water pressure to aim to your parts. One for guys and other for ladies. Once you turn off H2O pressure, the nozzeles retract and hide behind a plastic shield wich than can be rinse out with another setting. Very cool!
