great product
Bought this for my family but never gets used. Too bad, it is a really nice microscope.

Disappointed
QR codes do not work or lead to any instructions. Included CD broken. Can not find any instructions online or digital download for camera software. Can not find any customer support for brand. Did not include small monitor that was pictured. Useless for my purposes without camera. Would like someone to contact me from seller to resolve please.

Great microscope, just needs better instructions.
The microscope itself is amazing and with all the correct pieces and software, you can do some awesome things. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because it came with a disk instead of a link to download the software to use the eyepiece. And the instructions didn't really give good instructions on how to set it up. But they did state in the instructions to email them if you can't use the disk. When I emailed they were very responsive. The first link they sent didn't work but they provided other options based off if I had a Mac or PC and they gave me the correct software for my Mac and it worked. It took a while to position it correctly though to actually see something on my screen but I figured that out as I kept playing with it. The instructions weren't that great but the product itself was well worth the investment.

Great scope for the price
Great scope for the price, could use a top-mount slide illumination and a device cover should be included, but overall I am very satisfied.

Very poor quality
Very poor quality. You can barely see anything and eat you can see if very low resolution/quality. It also requires a cd disc drive which was not mentioned so u can’t hook it up to my MacBook! Very disappointed. With the business of the holiday season we missed the windows to return and I’m out so that $$. Save yourself the hassle and get a better product.

Not all that, plus Camera does not work.
Nice looking, but that's as far as it goes. It came with screws very loose and parts shaking. I had to tighten up a bit, but seems like the screws are a bit too short. Camera also does not work at all which is very disappointing. I bought mainly because of that option because looking through the small eyepiece hurts my eyes. Plus, it will give everyone a chance to view at same time.
