my mum uses this and when I first used it I absolutely fell in love with this product and had to get it for myself. it is absolutely amazing, smooth, soft, smells lovely, texture feels lovely. the cleansing butter takes off all of your makeup. you only need to small size like a pea and rub it in and use a wipe and BOOM the makeup is off. I absolutely LOVE LOVE LOVE this product. Amazing effectiveness, good thickness, good size! I WOULD RECOMMEND it’s so good for sensitive skin too!!!!!!!!!!!

A regular user of this product, I've just reordered on Amazon. A couple of quid more expensive, but delivered to the door next day and saves a trip into town. This is - hands down - the best cleanser/makeup remover ever. It removes all traces of foundation and waterproof mascara but at the same time is gentle on the skin and eyes. I've used pricey alternatives like clinique cleansing balm but, whilst okay on the skin, weren't up to shifting waterproof mascara. This is really worth trying. Lasts ages too. About 3 months use per tin. Think body shop do a small tin for a fiver now if you want to try before committing..... Gave five stars for scent but only because it doesn't smell of anything - so inoffensive. Used to have a bit of bother with the tin lid getting stuck when I hadn't screwed it on properly but that hasn't happened with the last few purchases (think it may have been a packaging flaw that's been rectified?) Lovely stuff. Highly recommend!

This is a really lovely, gentle cleanser, that’s safe to use around the eye area and removes make up well. My skin feels soothed afterwards. I have sensitive, rosacea prone skin and this cleansing butter doesn’t upset it at all, or cause it to breakout. A happy discovery from The Body Shop.

I was advised to use this by a makeup artist, who had a lot of knowledge about skin care. My skin had been sensitive and irritated for almost a year due to using a steroid cream which I shouldn't have applied to my face. It was red and sore and constantly flaking. This cleanser melts makeup away like butter and is not harsh on my skin. I noticed a huge difference pretty much straight away and can tell if I have to use a different cleanser due to running out or forgetting to take it away with me etc. My teenage children also use it and so I would say it is suitable for a range of different skin types. Would definitely recommend.

It’s. Nice product I used many times before. I always come back to this cause it works really well, it melts makeup off perfectly even spf which can be harder to remove fully and it leave skin feeling very soft. You must wash it off some face wash afterwards. Tin saids it’s eye safe but I find it stings the eyes so I just use it on face and neck. You only need a tiny bit so one tin can last a long time.It comes in a nice tin too which can be re used once done or recycled but I like to reuse mine to store jewellery in to keep it safe. Nice option if you are trying to reduce plastic waste too.

I have fairly sensitive, combination skin and I think I may be on my 5th tin of this cleansing balm. It is brilliant! I use it every day as a 1st cleanse to remove my make-up.You only need a little bit, and it works really well. It simply melts onto your skin to form like an oil and then I literally just massage it around my face for a minute or two to allow it to start melting away the grime of the day, and then wash off. I then follow this up with a second cleanse using a facial soap bar to remove any of the cleaning balm. My skin afterwards is so soft and clean.I love everything about this product.
