Works great - slightly different from original but you get used to it!
Tons of reviews talk about the differences being annoying. This is true at first but I feel they just leave it at that rather than giving it a try for like 2 days to get used to the slightly different position/angle. They work great and are just as high quality as the originals. The reduced vent noise is a huge win for me and the value just makes it even more of a win. To be specific about the fit - the angle the hose comes off at is different so it can impact things like putting a blanket or pillow over your face or where the hose naturally falls but it's super easy to adjust to the difference. Day 1 was awkward, but day 2 was fine, day 3 was barely noticeable, and after that it's been smooth sailing. YMMV

Good but will fail at the right time to replace it
Great replacement hose but the hose itself will eventually break at the connector for your nose/mouth piece from the flex. Keep an eye on that area as you will hear a whistle when it tears up. You could even use this “defect” to let you know it’s time for a fresh hose! So maybe there is a silver lining!

Works surprisingly well
Needless to say, for a no-name c-pap supplier I'm very impressed. Fit and function is virtually identical to my other more expensive supplier. The only thing that I can notice different is the elbow at the front of the mask is straight out of the mask body. The original unit I have, the elbow exits the mask body at approximately 15-20 degrees. Both swivel and other than that, there isn't anything else different between them. My nostril silicones fit perfectly as does the head gear from my other unit. Bottom line is I'll be buying more of these in the future when I need them.

Low Quality
The nose piece and the hose came apart after 4 days of use. I was able to put the two back together again, but the nose piece now spins loosely on the hose, and air leaks in around the connection. The mask seal indictor on my CPAP indicates a mask seal problem. Also, the tip of the curved part of the frame which goes around your face is so sharp that it punched a hole thru the elastic head band on both sides. This causes the elastic to not be able to do its job and keep the mask tight enough to your face to not have a seal. This product therefore is a danger to you, if you need a CPAP machine to do its job. UPDATE: I contacted seller and they gave me a prompt refund. But the flaws in the product are still there, and it still causes mask seal problems with my ResMed CPAP machine.

Excellent Value for the Price
This replacement works just great and is compatible with the P10 nasal pillows. Although it's a *little* less stretchy than the original one by ResMed, I am very happy with the quality for the price. An upside is the fact that the face piece rotates 360°. I also appreciate that it's labeled L and R for left and right, making it easy to attach the pillows right-side-up. I was pleased that it arrived vacuum-sealed for hygiene. Works great! Design is flawed.
Fits on my machine seamlessly (resmed 10 autoset). Five stars for that. However, their is curve in the plastic prongs in that is too sharp. EVERYTIME I put on or take off the nose cloud mask, the endspoke through the fabric of the band. This means it's much too loose and doesn't fit. I have to remove and reinstall the band EVERY SINGLE TIME it's used. I'm disabled and OSA is a symptom of my neurological disease. I have enough to deal with. This makes process longer and much more complicated and challenging than it needs to be. I'm docking 2 stars because of this. Once the mask is successfully on, this replacement part works great; and if it is your only option rest assured it is a good one and you will be happy using this product. But as the process is more complicated and challenging then it needs to be, and caution the purchase on this product until the manufacturer changes to design of the prongs.
