First off even though I have given this 3 stars I have to say I am disappointed. I would have given only 1 - 2 stars but given that it does keep running a very long time as promised I awarded the 3rd. The reason I am disappointed is that this diffuser is NOT a cool mist diffuser, the description states "With the latest advanced Ultrasonic Technology, the diffusing device breaks water and essential oil into extremely fine micro-particles without using heat" so maybe it's my fault for assuming that meant it was a cool mist product. The water gets very warm, I thought maybe it was the lights rotating constantly so I turned the lights off and checked a few hrs later and the water was still very warm and I have checked periodically every day since it arrived a few days ago on Tues of this week. I have another diffuser by another company that runs for 10 hrs before auto shutoff and I have stopped it several times to dip my finger in to compare the water temp and that one is always still the same cool temperature as when it was filled. I am fairly new to diffusing essential oils but I have been researching for months and it is widely published that for best results pure essential oils should only be used in a "COOL" mist diffuser so if you are considering this unit please be aware that this one isn't. I would have/should have returned it and now I am sorry i didn't and to add insult to injury so to speak it's now on sale for $6.00 less. As a sidenote I am not sure the actual purpose of the cap that comes with it with instructions to affix it to the inside of the top cover over the hole where the mist comes out but it does seem to diminish the mist output because my 300ml diffuser by Zen Breeze out performs this one by leaps and bounds with the amt of mist it produces so I don't know if that little cap is how they make it last a full 20-25 hrs or if not using it caused complaints of water spitting out and making a mess. I am tempted to take it off and see for myself.

Large fill capacity and with just 7 drops of Breathe Easy, my room smells divine! !! Love the changing colors which fits any mood or style. Water does like to condense on top of the unit creating small pools, but that is to be expected :) Customer service was prompt to answer questions and no delay in 2-day shipping. Plan to purchase another unit for my office and for others! !! A great deal and product for everyone and everythingUpdate: This diffuser collects a LOT of water on the top of it when operating which runs down the side and collects around the bottom on any surface I place it on and the floor, and the unit looks cheap, so in hindsight I would not have purchased this device and would suggest another unit.

I was foolish enough to order this product 2x, I wanted to ensure I was being fair and I really like the style of the diffuser. However, it cracks on the side without any reason. Once it cracks the air shoots through the side as well as the front. I was fooled by the sleek look.

Firstly, it does what it’s supposed to but it’s not what I thought. I bought it more for fragrance, in other words making a room smell good. It really did not deliver on that the smell was very weak even with a lot of drops of different fragrances. But I’m sure for aromatherapy it will work just fine.

Works great, but I suggest you use distilled water. Get too much white dust from using tap water.

I love the extended time (mine will last through night and the whole day on light) on this diffuser, so much that I bought a second one for another part of the house. They do get dirty so they need to be cleaned every week, but as long as you keep up with it, they work great!

This is the first time I'm using this type of product and I must say I am pretty happy with this diffuser. I love the sleek wood design and the color changing is very calming. I'm surprised how long it can continue to stay on with that amount of water I use. It is lightweight and very easy to use - plug it in, install the lid, fill with water and oil and your set!

Kind of a bummer. I’ve had this product for about five months I was doing my usual routine cleaning (every couple weeks you need to clean the inside out or it gets mildewie) and since day one I said to my husband this dome piece is going to break the plastic seems so cheap and sure enough last night it happened. There has to be a better way to secure that dome on the inside of the lid better. Now I have to spend more money after only five months on another diffuser because of a stupid little piece that was secure in the first place 😑

I love it and so does everyone who comes into my home. It is lovely to look at and and would blend well with any decor.its smells beautiful and lasts for hours. So much better than artificial air fresheners and totally natural. Very good so far! Arrived quickly, is quiet enough to use in the bedroom at night. The different settings for the light are useful. Fills the room with the scent of the the oil. Have purchased to use with Cedar wood oil in an attempt to banish a sudden clothes moth invasion. Seems to be working!Highly recommending to have one at home.

This diffuser is very stylish and works like a dream.
