Classic must-have in the kitchen
Have been a chef for 40 years, owning three knives for over 30 years now. This is aChristmas gift for my wife. Can always count on Henkels quality and durability!

very good, better than I expected
We bought this for a 10 year old learning to cook. It is not as good as our best Wusthof and Henckles but very good for the price, super sharp and good balance for me and the 10 yr old. The only slight flaw is that because it is stamped not forged , where the handle and the heel of the blade meet there is no real bolster like there is on a forged knife and that leaves a very sharp corner that is not normally sharp. I just smoothed the corner with a diamond stone

Nice knife but rolls onto its back
This knife would have gotten 5 stars, but the top of the handle is flat and the weight/balance of the knife sometimes makes it roll upside down . -So it sits there poised to cut your hand if you’re not paying very careful attention. I was cutting mangoes and set the knife down to scoop the mango pieces into the bowl. My knuckles hit the knife as it was on its back. I was curious and checked all my other knives and the surface of tops of the handles are all rounded so this won’t happen.

Like all Henckels knives - excellent.
Excellent quality, very sharp - and seems to be holding with daily use. Like my other Henckels knives, some 30 yrs old, I expect I'll use till I'm dead.

Best stamped knife made by zwilling imo.
The title sums it up. It's not the best stamped knife, but I feel it's the best zwilling offers. Sure you can get better performance from zwilling. But imo there's a large gap in zwilling of full bolster knives I won't even consider. A gap spanning all the way to zwilling pro. I feel like these are some of the best budget knives out there. The major thing they lack is comfort which is just some elbow grease away!

Great Knife
This is an excellent knife. The feel in your hand is one of being in control of the blade. Very sharp and looks like it will be easy to sharpen. I loved this knife so much that I ordered another one after using this one just once.
