Good quality
I just mounted it on my tree yesterday.. thick steel good quality.

Would of given it 5 stars but …
I would have given it 5 stars but the rubber grips are damaged on the ends. One was cut completely through by the bar tube end. The only option Amazon offered was to return the whole item for a full replacement. That’s not worth it to me and considering the risk that the next one may be the same condition. I just wanted to return the grips for replacement. I kept it with the ugly punctured rubber grip ends. After all it’s just a pull up bar and it’s a good bar, but no one that sees mine will buy one.

Sturdy
If you’re looking for something to mount on a tree, this is a good option I would just recommend getting some longer screws at least 6 inches for a tree I mounted mine about as high as they usually are at your local gym, which is around 7 feet perfect height just to be able to jump and grab

Horrible
Could not figure out how to hook it up. Could not find any directions. Really didn’t want to chance it with something like this.Had no paperwork at all.Was really bummed.

Great piece of gear with one flaw
The sleeves on the bands will slip down and expose raw metal. Nothing a llittle black electrical tape won't solve, but it's still annoying. Otherwise, this is the most important gear I have for learning new progressions on rings. I absolutely would buy it again. You can step down resistance very easily.

Engineering vs Weight Load
Works, but not great stability in wall. Top bolts can’t hold weight (I’m 206). Up graded bolts after first loosening a size up, still not engineered well.

Best pull up bar I tried
You can do wide variety range of pull up with this pull product.

It's ok.
Hanged in on still frame in the shop. Wish there was a bit more adjustment in slots. Once drilled - it's very tight and hard to make adjustments. I had to drill larger holes to fit on my badly placed mounting spots.
