KEYBOARD DOESNT WORK AND SUPPORT IS NOT HELPING DO NOT PURCHASE,
Keyboard is not working, the spacebar does not work, support chat just keeps adding new members to the chat with no one helping and when I call for support the machine just keeps talking random stuff. Not sure what to do now as no one is willing to help me out. Probably just gonna return . Waste of money and time. PLEASE CONTACT ME I NEED HELP

Not Functional, But Seller Was Responsive
The laptop arrived quickly, but unfortunately, it didn’t work at all it wouldn’t even power on. Definitely disappointing, especially for a refurbished item. That said, I reached out to the seller and they responded within a day. Communication was good, and they processed a full refund without any issues. While the product itself was a letdown, I appreciate the smooth and professional handling of the return.

Came out of the box a little dirtier then I expected, but the performance overall has been amazing. Zero issues setting up.

Non-Working Macbook
Bought this Macbook A1990 in September of 2023 and it arrived safely. Did not get to open it for months until Last month June 2024, but it wont power on no matter how long it stayed connected to power. It is dead. Unfortunately, I cant return this cos its been way too long. Always open and check packages upon delivery.

Don’t Waste Your Money
A complete waste of time and money …..I purchased this laptop in April and it stopped working by October … Apple says it will cost over 800 to fix which is more then I originally bought the laptop…. Dont buy this product

Very short life, don't buy.
Lasted less than a year and the battery and screen both went out. Don't ever buy a refurbished MacBook, you'll end up hundreds of dollars poorer with no computer like us.
