what's the difference between the bone broth and the regular collagen?

The Bone Broth + Collagen is made up of half Bone Broth Hydrolyzed Protein and Half Bovine Collagen Protein. This has all 3 Collagen types 1, 2, and 3 because the bone broth provides you with type 2 Collagen which is great for joint, cartilage, and gut support + healthy immune function support. The regular Collagen Protein without the bone broth has only types 1 and 3 collagen which are best for hair, skin, nails, muscles and bone support. So if your focus is for better hair, skin, nails, and muscles then this one would be best. Personally I take the Bone Broth + Collagen because I want all 3 types of Collagen. It is a staple in my morning shake along with my organic green superfood and it's something I will continue to take every morning probably for the rest of my life. (This is the owner of Peak Performance - I just happened to see this question and thought I should answer it).

How much protein is in each serving? It says 14g, but then also has a separate line item in the nutrition facts that says bone broth is 8g protein.

There are 8g of Bovine Collagen Peptides that yield 7g of Protein. And there is 8g of Bone Broth Hydrolyzed that yields 7g of Protein. For a total of 14g of Protein. Thank you for your question.
