The are easy to swallow and don't really have a tasteAccording to the instructions on this you should have them twice a day, personally I think once a day it's enough if you have a healthy diet... There's such a thing as too many supplements and can be as dangerous as not enough. Also taking 2 will make it quite expensive compared to other products recommend only once a day.

I have been taking a large variety of various vitamins and minerals over the past few years, but do they do any good. The answer to that is that I have found one or two that have been of particular benefit to me where I have felt the improvement in health, others I can only guess that they are doing me good? A multi-vitamin like this helps take out the guesswork, it provides you with 30 important vitamins, minerals and trace Elements.I find a multi vitamin far more convenient having everything I need in a single capsule, (in this case two capsules). I have in the past spent countless minutes sorting pills, having just two to take certainly saves me time. As mentioned there is a huge list of ingredients in these capsules, far too many to list here.The capsules are not too large to swallow, neither do they have any off putting odour or nasty taste. These arrive packaged in a small glass jar, sadly there are only enough for 1 months supply so are maybe a little expensive to buy. I like vitamin and mineral supplements that are food-sourced. Food-based supplements are preferable because their vitamins are much more bioavailable than lab-created synthetic vitamins are. In food, vitamins and minerals don't exist in isolation - they exist alongside a host of other health-giving compounds, all of which act synergistically. This is something Clav understands (but most other supplement manufacturers don't). This All-Day Multi compound is an excellent all-in-one product. It's heartening to see the inclusion of vitamin C in one of its natural forms (calcium l-ascorbate), rather than the synthetic form found in most so-called C supplements (ascorbic acid).The amber bottle is a quality touch. Not only is it recyclable, it also protects the contents from damage that could otherwise be caused by UV light frequencies (hence why it's a good idea to keep your food supplements and essential oils in a dark place).Clav's All-Day Multi supplement is vegan and therefore cruelty free. This is the way.There are many cheaper supplements out there, but most of them contain synthetic lab-created vitamins which aren't as well absorbed by the human body as natural vitamins and phytonutrients are. Mother Nature is infinitely more intelligent than some moron in a lab. Enlightened humans know this. Arrogant ones don't.A quality supplement that's worth its price. Five stars from me.
