Within 3 months of buying the product, the pin in the charging-case got damaged, all of a sudden, even after using it gently. Soon after both the earbuds stopped charging.Soon I made a contact with the customer service. But they were not accepting it anyway possible for return or something, even when it was within the Warranty period. And they justified is anyway possible.So, spending 700, couldn't even enjoy for 70 days. And the product became useless.

The packaging of this TWS is compact, and small. The charging case, itself, is of a smaller form factor. Box contains the case and TWS in two different spots, A user manual and warranty card. A small pouch with extra ear-tips, and a type-C cable. No more cost cutting in the name of nature, just all the must items inside the package.The charging box is a tiny black box (for me), and features an LED display that displays the remaining charging voltage. I don’t know much about the accuracy of the casing though, since the TWS actually lasted for a good amount of time in terms of battery backup.I have connected this pair to 4 devices at home, (one computer and 3 smartphones). Once you open the lid, considering you have turned Bluetooth on your device it was last connected to, the TWS immediately connects back. Instant WnP works just fine for me.The ear-pieces fit really well into my ears, and don’t fall out even during a jogging session. It doesn’t have an active noise cancelling feature, but does have a passive one. And, that works! It cancels out 60-75% of outside noise even if nothing is playing (only works if you have plugged the buds in your ears).Touch controls are sooooo good, but are very sensitive. And if you are not used to TWS, you can get very frustrated at first. So make sure the pair fits your ears, using the required (ear)tips, and then start using them. A slight touch stops the music playback, or even drops the call.For a gaming TWS pair, it is too good. Great sound quality, compact, lightweight, good mic quality and lasts long. For music, the sound can be called “well-balanced”. Sound isn’t bass heavy, but bass heaviness isn’t always considered great, anyway. It has a louder yet clearer sound that doesn’t distort even at higher volumes. Trebles are great. You can increase bass using a media equalizer, but that can affect the sound altogether. I love this pair of TWS to hear long podcast sessions since they don't fall off and remain intact within my ears.On a single charge, it can run for 9hours max. I used at a lower 50% volume to protect my ears. Using the charging case, the buds can be charged 4times max. It can run for 40hours, only if you consider hearing at lower volumes. At high volumes, you can get not more than 30hours of playback time, and that’s, also, subjective to your music genres. Death-core consumes more power than LoFi sounds.Overall, this is a banger package for its price. Just order it already!

it doesnt connect properly or seamlessly... and volume is set to 80% whenever i reconnect..the sound quality and noise reduction is awesome.. the battery life is almost 3 hours (used for 1 year) but the case battery has reduced to 1 charge since last month maybe because i used 18W charger ..super comfortable for 6 hours toothe touch sensor takes every small gesture as a pauselove it for the price
