Great pre-built option, quality build.
Pc was packaged the most safe I think I've ever seen. Lol. I normally build my own pcs but I'm over the hassle of doing so. The premium you pay for this pre-built is well worth it. Cable management is immaculate, airflow is great. Handles any new titles with ease even at 2k. Extremely satisfied with my purchase, and I'd highly recommend for anyone looking for an entry high end rig. The only thing I'd like is a 4090, but just having the ai frame gen from Nvidia on a 4060 ti warrants the purchase, as the tech increases performance by an easy 40 percent on most titles supporting it. If you're looking for a great rig at a solid price, you've found the right option.

Slow start but now it's a beast
Amazing computer just had games crash for over heating, trust me they were on normal settings. Couldn't for the life of me figure out what was wrong. Reapplied the thermal paste, replugged everything, still same issue. Then I thought has the bios been updated? That was the issue, now it's amazing, not a hiccup.

Misleading Advertising, Off-Brand Parts, and Poor Support Experience
I purchased a pre built PC from Skytech because they heavily advertise the use of name-brand components and trusted hardware. That’s what sold me on choosing them over building it myself — I expected transparency and reliability. Unfortunately, my experience has been the opposite. The first issue was immediate: when the PC arrived, the 360mm AIO cooler wasn’t even plugged in. I had to wait multiple days to get help from support, then open the system up myself to fix it, not exactly the “plug-and-play” experience you’d expect from a pre built. That same cooler turned out to be from a brand called “Cooler One,” which, to be blunt, doesn’t seem to exist. There is no online presence whatsoever; no reviews, no website, no tech specs. Even one of Skytech’s own reps admitted they couldn’t find it. It’s a liquid cooling unit, and if it fails, it could cause serious damage, especially after the one-year warranty runs out. I’ve gone back and forth with their support multiple times, and the experience has been incredibly frustrating. Despite clearly explaining that my concern is about the quality and legitimacy of the part, not just that I “don’t like the brand”, the response I received was dismissive and surface-level. I was told they wouldn’t consider a replacement unless the part was actively causing problems, completely ignoring the fact that the brand doesn’t exist in any meaningful way. No reviews, no spec sheet, no presence online, even their own support rep couldn't locate it. I didn’t ask for a premium upgrade, I asked for a replacement with one of the name brands they publicly claim to use. Instead of acknowledging the misleading nature of their advertising, I was met with condescension and told that "computers are smart enough to shut down if something fails," as if that makes using an unverified liquid cooling solution acceptable. They’re clearly more concerned with minimizing cost than upholding customer trust, and that really says everything. To top it off, they also advertise interactive RGBs and fan control, but these features are locked behind a pay walled version of third-party software (a “Pro” license for their partnered app). Again, not something they make clear up front. Overall, I’m deeply disappointed. I feel misled, and I wouldn’t recommend Skytech to others who care about knowing what’s actually in their PC. There are better options if you want honesty and quality in your build.

Good value, not perfect.
I would like to give this product a 5-star, but had an issue when it arrived. One of the ram sticks was completely dislodged from t and sitting at the bottom of the case, the other one was not in all the way. This caused the computer not to post or show any display as well as a troubleshooting indicator on the MOBO. Easily rectified, but you cannot expect someone who is buying a pre-built to know these things. It is an RMA waiting to happen. On a positive note, the first thing I was impressed with was the peripherals. Fully mechanical keyboard is pretty good actually, the mouse is better than I expected. Moving on to the PC itself, it is fairly quiet, LED's look nice and it performs as you would expect for this hardware. The wi-fi card is not particularly fast but will cap out around 100-150 MB/s so you may want to plug into ethernet or invest in a more powerful Wi-Fi solution. Overall, aside from the RAM issue it is a quality product and I was able to get it for $570, My guess is the previous person who purchased this might have had the same issue as me but didn't want to bother with troubleshooting it. Just for the graphics card and cpu alone you're looking at roughly $400, including the motherboard, case, fans, M.2 drive and the peripherals this price more than makes sense to me for the convenience of not having to build it myself. Update: Gaming performance is good, 1080p ultra with ray tracing enabled on Cyberpunk was sitting around 60-90 fps. Same situation with Modern Warfare 2, roughly around 60-100 FPS on high settings, easily can go a bit lower to hit a smoother 120 for more competitive situations. I have GTA V and Mount & Blade Warband 2 installed but have not tested yet. Expect them to perform more than adequately though. If you see this on sale, pick it up. It won't break the bank and should have some longevity for future game releases.

Excellent
I absolutely love my pc I play rust for anyone wondering I was looking for reviews that were rust related but couldn’t find none anyways I had got the pc have had it for 2 months now and I love it incredible download speeds upload speed the pc looks clean with nice air flow-9 fans, I can run rust at 200+ fps which makes it all worth it to me it’s definitely expensive but I’d say it’s worth it for those who don’t wanna bother building there own.

Great first pc
I don't mind noise, it's pretty quiet. The rgb lights are cool. As a fresh pc from someone who came from an outdated laptop, it's great. I have added a few things. I've added 32gb of ram, and a wd blue 1 tb m.2 card. I've also added a new wifi card to the PCIe slot. As it's pretty damn slow. I pay for 1 gb of internet speed and definitely needed the new card as it only gets up to 200mb But other than that it's great. If you plan on putting a heavy processor you'll likely need a new motherboard. But for what it is, so far it's great, no issues.

For a pre built computer, they sure made it look really nice. And it runs smooth, and I have never had a problem. I recommend this company five stars.
