It’s exactly as described. You can change the direction the hanger faces, and it was an easy installation. It comes with wall anchors and screws to mount it, the caps that cover the screws are different, in that they thread onto the head of the screw to hide it. My only knock is that the metal it is made of is not as thick as I would expect for the price- but overall it’s a good buy.

I got this shelf in hopes to put my children’s flushable wipes on. They shelf is not quite big enough to set them on with out them being a little tippy on one side. They do recommend to put a piece of wood between the shelf and the wall which would have probably made it big enough for the wipe box. However I put some fancy hand sanitizer there instead which I like much better. I did dock one star due to the fact I had to search for the installation video which was not where it said it was. Easiest way was to do it through the Facebook messenger app. Being a tp holder I thought it would be easy and it was after they showed me that the screws got through the top and not the bottom

This is a nice little holder. Easy to install, seems to be of pretty good quality. I wish the instructions would have come with a picture diagram. There was a little confusion on how the hardware was supposed to be installed but thankfully there was a video on YouTube (search Neater Nest Toilet Paper Holder —Amazon won’t let me post the link) that cleared up my questions.My only complaint is that the paper arm isn’t round so it’s not real quiet as you get the tp nearer the end of the roll. We have a pretty thin wall between our bathroom and another bedroom and I was worried about the noise echoing into the other room. But it’s a pretty minor thing.

I love the little shelf that this comes with. it's good for keys cell phone or for a little sign in cup like I used it for. See photo. My only negative are there at the sides of it could be a little dangerous if you fell against it . You might hurt yourself. For the average person it wouldn't be a problem, but an elderly relative will be moving in with us and I'm slightly concerned.

The only issue I have is that the paper slides off the bracket to easily. We have a small water closet, there isn't a lot of room so occasionally the roll ends up on the floor. It would be nice if there was a little more bend at the end of the bracket so that the paper wouldn't slide off. I might try putting some grip tape on the end to see if that helps. I still like the holder, I'm going to keep it.

I love the whole idea of this toilet paper holder. It looks great and has proven to be very useful! I just wish there was something holding the roll on better. Because mine is attached to the vanity nest to the toilet, when you pull on the paper, the roll falls off. I’m looking for a way around this.

I really liked the simple design and the bronze color, however for the price it is a bit flimsy. We watched the video and installed one screw in a stud- even with that it is starting to bend downwards a bit from use- our daughter is autistic and tends to hold onto the top while pulling the paper which is causing it to start to bend down. I like the design and would give it a high rating if I only paid $10 for it but since it was more expensive it doesn't feel as value added.

I really like this but one thing is that one of the little covers for the screw just moves around it's not tight like the other one. But it's not a big deal. We put a tiny bit of calk over it and it's perfect it no longer rattles when we roll the paper.
