If this was described as working that would be false because using this is like trying to make trash beautiful. These suck.

Cheap Functional Device for small offices
Product works great, and we haven't had any issues. We use this for 30 people, and the finger print scanner works pretty fast. If you have problems with fingers not scanning there is an optional RFID cards or pin number to login.We contacted tech support for more cards by email and surprisingly they responded really fast. They were friendly and very helpful.So if you are looking for something cheap, and simple vs the other finger print scanners that cost more, this is a great buy for small companies. You don't need a subscription, and everything is offline so you don't have to worry about an always online internet connection.

still in set up phase
so, in order to set this up, and coming from a place with no time clock whatsoever where people just write their times down on a paper, the set up is taking some time. Its a bit tedious, you have to go in and program the schedule ahead of time, inputting each day for each employee with each break included and then allow for up to an hour early and late clock ins for each slot, or else it simply won't work if an employee comes in late, early or whatever. I anticipate this may cause some issues in the future for example if someone switches shifts or if there's a call in that happens before I can physically get to the time clock to update the shifts it has on file. You have to use excel 97 to do this setup, which luckily for us the store we are in comes with an ancient office computer. I otherwise use Mac products so I wish it were more cross compatible. My husband, however, assures me that this is par for the course with time clocks and it is better than nothing so we will see. we have yet to get this thing installed because the setup is a bit time consuming but he says it is nice, so far so good.

No Software just a stupid Locked files you cannot edit
Useless Product support. Asked for contact seller information, Amazon sends a link that gives erroe ERROR did not connect. Easy to set up, works great
This is really helpful for my small business and was really easy to get set up. Highly recommended.
