NOT MATCHABLE WITH A HEAVY ALUMINIUM KADAI
THE HEAT TRANSFER IS A PROBLEM AND ANY ITEM GET OVERHEATED FAST AND BLAKENS AT THE BOTTOM AND NOT EVEN GOOD FOR DEEP FRYING LIKE A HEAVY BOTTOM ALUMUNIUM KADAI.THOUGH GOOD FOR HEALTH, MY CRIES FELL IN DEAF EARS AND MY SWEET WIFE HAS THROWN IT ASIDE SAYING I CAN NOT COOK ANY THING IN THAT AND PURCHASED AN ALUMINIUM KADHAI TO FEED US WITH HER NICE DISHES COOKED IN IT. VERY SORRY TO BUY THIS ITEM.

Bad purchase
On the first use itself, whole pan bottom is burnt. I tried with low fire also, no use. I don’t recommend this for cooking. But thick enough.
