Great product.
Feels amazing in your back. The one with spikes is far lighter than the other one. This is very similar to the one my physical therapist had me use and it works great. I would definitely recommend this product for everyone. I let my father use it and he loved it, it also helped him crack a few bones in the process. You can use it for a short time but my physical therapist had me using this for 5 minutes minimum each day. Im done with therapy but I still use this.

Kinda harder than I expected
I wanted to try a harder ball but I probably should have stuck with a softer one. These don't feel as good.

Good find
These massage balls were what I was looking for. They are just what my feet need. I do think they’re more expensive than they should be, but I’m glad I bought them!

Perfect size but beware these are not squishy!
The therapy balls are sized right, about equal to a tennis ball. However, they have absolutely NO squish to them and are super hard. The spines on the one ball are also super hard. I’ve managed to use the smooth ball for therapy but cannot imagine how I could tolerate the spiny one. I should have checked better before ordering.

Love the massage ball. Works great for my lower back
I get Plantar fasciitis only ocassionally and haven't had it since I ordered this ball. I'm not saying I'm looking forward to getting it again but I am excited that I will have this to use on it. For now I use the smooth one in my car. I place it on the lower part of my back and with it wedged between my back and the chair I am able to work on certain areas of my back during my commute. The ball is soft enough to have just a little give but hard enough that it helps get pretty deep into my muscles. I'm not as keen on the spikey one but that could be just a preference of mine. Magical massage balls
I love this set so much. I had a similar spiky ball for years that was a little bit squishier, but it finally split in half and fell apart. I was so happy to receive this set as a replacement and I find it to be superior to what I previously had. The spiky ball is firm, no squish whatsoever, but it just feels SO good on my feet. I have quite a few pain relief gadgets, but I think this ball is the best out there for foot pain because of the control it affords. You don't have to guide something with your hands by reaching or leaning over...just put this on the floor or even with your foot up on the ottoman as I am doing now, and just roll it around the sole of your foot, with as much or as little pressure as you need. The smooth ball is great too--again, completely firm, but effective. I also use these to get in there with some tight trapezius knots, but my favorite way to use them is for my tired, aching feet.

Nice duo at a very fair price
I use the lacrosse ball pretty regularly in my battle against plantar fasciitis. It has no give to it, nor do I want it to. It needs to be firm to provide relief, and firm it is. I have no complaints about the ball at all. It is exactly what I expected. The spiky ball has gotten much less use so far. I plan to use it to toughen my feet up for the transition to minimalist shoes. I don't expect that will be a rapid transition, but it will certainly get more use as time goes by. I will say that I do wish that the spikes weren't quite so pointy. I think they could be squared off a bit at the ends and still provide value. Take that with a grain of salt, though, as it could just be whining from a guy who has worn well-padded shoes for far too long. Anyways, I do recommend this combo for massage purposes, especially at this price point. Given that I only use them for massage, and only indoors, I really can't see them wearing out before I do. * I hope you found this review helpful.
