I previously was satisfied using WIZ lights with Smartthings Samsung sensor (ST) automations. Integration works well with WIZ WiFI enabled devices into both ST and Google Home. Opened the package, no more than 5 minutes later had it integrated into a ST routine. Very pleased. By the way, I use the led strip around base of a bed as a night light. The ST sensor auto turns on strip for a few minutes, blue color, and auto turns off. Nice product. I did not use the adhesive strip, just laid under the bed. 13 feet was plenty to go around the base. 5 stars all around. When I read poor reviews those looked like user error. The package purchased show 1800 l on the cover. PS. Have FEIT and Enbrighten devices and those can be problematic. Nice that WIZ works so well.

Love that it gives a light to my collection that is completely adjustable. So I can decide how bright I want it and even the color of the light. The app is easy to use. We have many Wiz bulbs. Every once in a while, one or more of the Wiz lights isn’t seen by the app, but usually, if we turn off the switch for the light for a little bit, it will reconnect when we turn it back on. So far, this light strip has not disconnected from the app. It works great.

Full control from not their app! In HomeAssistant, if you take the time, you can add automations to make these change for things like weather alerts, or many other triggers. Happy Hardware Hacking when mixed with a raspberry pi running HomeAssistant, and some esp32's running sensors

I am using these in a custom bookcase for accent lighting. I was looking for the ability to dim them remotely and dial in color temp and these fit the bill. Another plus was that I already had several wiz lights throughout so I was able to maintain a single app. Setup is VERY finicky but once you are thru the initial setup I find them to work reliably. I mounted them in extruded led channel for an additional layer of protection which also means if the adhesive fails they are still held in place by the cover.

I set up the LED strip along the underside of a ceiling beam. It stuck well. Setting the schedule and other parameters on the app I downloaded went well. The electrical plug could have been on a longer cord. But, I positioned the strip near enough an outlet so that I didn’t need an extension cord.

Not many colors 16M colors is a lie. I bought two; both 12V bricks make a whistling sound when turned on.

Everything that was described. I highly recommend.
