Can this product help tame female sideburns?

I don’t know about sideburns because I don’t have them but I really like this product it doesn’t weigh your hair down and it keeps it smooth looking plus it rinses out well no build up

Is this a runny gel or a very thick gel where it will stand up in the palm of your hand. I need something thick.

This product is more like a gel than a mousse (i.e., it doesn't stand up in the palm of my hand). I love this product, and it holds my hair in place very well.

Does this make hair (curls) feel dried out/crunchy/stiff?

Not at all. this product will add body to hair. No stiff, dry or crunchy hair. It Gives some thickness though to hair.

Does it make the hair stiff (like hair spray), when dry?

It does make hair stiff. To be honest I ordered 2 tubes of this because it was a bargain. I ended up throwing both of them right in the trash. Totally NOT worth the money!!
