Very high quality B-Complex. When I 1st recieved this about 3 yrs ago or more, my husband and I tried a droppers worth to start. We were both wide awake all night. I played around with # of drops and 4 drops a day in my morning green drink seems to work the best for us. If I feel I need more due to extra stress I will add a drop or 2. I don’t absorb B-Complex in solid forms so I found this one which I love and have found it to work consistently over these yrs. I used one based in fig juice before it but prefer this to it. It was hard to find a liquid one without alcohol etc. I have found all their products to be high quality & super clean.

The ease of use is good

I like the energy this vitamin gives me, I add two dropper full to my 32oz water bottle plus my hydration pack and drink by noon. It doesn't give me jitters but helps revive me. Some days I will take directly sublingual as well.

I have been using these vitamins for a long time. They are very good quality, trust the brand.

I have taken quantum labs products for years but after Dr. Marshall passed, it seems much has changed. This calls for 1/2tsp or 2.5ml. I started slow with 5 drops. Got anxious and had heart palps. May just be me but B vitamins typically calm me down not speed me up. Unfortunately cant take this and they're products are not cheap.

I finally found a brand that doesn't give me a headache. I've been trying vitamin B supplements for about 2 years, but each time I would get a mild headache about an hour after taking them. This includes tablets, capsules/powder, and drops. I read that it could be caused by the quality of the ingredients or the source/derivative. I started taking the Quantum drops at half the directed amount. After about 2 weeks I started taking the full recommended dose. I feel like I have more energy now and less brain fog. Totally worth the price.

Expensive!

This is a knock off to a higher quality brand that I normally buy. I actually didn’t know I was buying the wrong brand. The ingredients are almost identical but for some reason we do feel that the other brand is better. This is a good alternative but I do not know as much about the brand.
