Ottimo prodotto, come già altri della stessa azienda, che elabora molti integratori adatti a noi vegani. Mi sto trovando molto bene.Oltre a questo è favoloso il ginseng indiano sempre di Nutravita. Ottimi gli ingredienti, e la percentuale di principi attivi è sempre molto alta.Unico neo...il sapore di alghe appena si mette la capsula in bocca. Ma tranquilli...è un attimo. Non lascia retrogusto!!!!!Consigliato!

Better than the rest!
I have been taking these vitamins for 6 months and I believe they are worth taking. When my supply ran out I did switch to another brand but found they were not as effective as the nutravita vitamins. Since taking the nutravita vits I have noticed healthier hair growth, a thinning centre parting has has fully regrown. My skin looks healthy. I have more energy and vitality. So I switched back. Yes they are big capsules but they go down fine with a full glass of water. They’re worth taking. I’m going to stick with these because they deliver the benefits I’m looking for. I’ve invested in a couple of their other supplements too.

Provide everything I need in a vitamin. I've been buying these for couple years now. Totally recommend on a plant based diet.
