This is small but mighty. It was exactly what I need to get rid of upper and lower back pain. My upper back gets tight and lower back kills me. First time using this my back cracked up high and almost instant relief in lower back. I'm using it everyday and I feel it stretching tight muscles. I feel core muscles engage and strengthen. I even noticed my neck tightness improve. I wanted an inversion table to hang upside down but really don't have the room or money for it. This works perfect and in budget.

I am a chiropractor and have been in practice 32 years. I own several back traction devices. I bought this one because the price is low and wanted to try it out. I was amazed at the traction it provided. It is simple to use and the price is right. This is also great for those with conditions that don’t allow them to invert fully.

Simple and effective. Very easy assembly and efficient. Back pain get some relief thus far but not quite what I was looking for but I have moderate to severe problems and have already had back surgery. I am hopeful the good results will get better over time. It sure beats surgery… worth a try is my recommendation to anyone with back issues

I have had various items of this nature. This is the best one ever, the cheapest. And it’s safe you can’t fall because you’re sitting on the floor you can adjust it to any angle you want, based on your build, and it completely helps your posture, natural curves, especially your thoracic spine. It actually helps you keep your thoracic spine healthy. It helped my shoulders and lower back. I am 74 and have some lower back stiffness, from fracturing a vertebrae 30 years ago. I must have already sold a few to friends.

Very sturdy and easy to put together. It is NOT as good as a standup inversion table. I do not recommend if you need back relief.

I had a full size inversion table, the spine stretching relieved pressure on sciatic nerve. This caused pain in lower back, returned.

If you aren't a fan of traditional inversion tables, this will be the device for you. It won't rush blood to your head or make you dizzy. Plus, you get the benefits of "cracking" right away.I have tons of workout equipment and stretching devices. This is one of my favorites. SUPER effective and cracks parts of my back even my chiropractor doesn't hit.I use it twice a day; once in the morning, once before bed. It makes a huge difference.A piece of advice would be to breathe in deep just before you lean back, then slowly breathe out as you lean back. Then return to the start position and do that process a few times. In just 40 seconds, you'll have a lot of benefit!

The Skybike Mini Inversion table provides a great stretch without the space requirements of a full size inversion table which I also own. The Skybike allows an amazing stretch with no prep, dizziness or dangers of hanging upside down. I am 6ft 4in and this little piece of equipment has no trouble supporting me. While it may not provide the full effect of a standard inversion table, the Skybike provides great relief at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend this product for anyone with limited space considering an inversion machine.
