When I bought this product, none of my devices were available. Support added them to the app within two days of each email.The macro feature is great and easy to use. Making my soundbar turns on and off automatically with the TV took me a minute to set up.I had a couple of niche items that the specs are no longer available for. Luckily I was able to use the learning feature to add them from my old Sofabatton which worked fantastically for over 5 years before it became unreliable through standard wear and tear.Comparing the two, I would say that the battery life is vastly improved from the old one which was the only issue I ever had with it.Now I'm going to add my record player. it's great to be able to add new menu items for those devices that come with cheap small clicky remotes.

Remote is limited to the companies database as the IR learning function is pretty much useless, with no proper instructions or clarity.If you want a remote to cover your TV provider in the UK there's a 50/50 shot it don't work.The majority of households in the UK have either Sky or Virgin media so you'd think they'd have this covered, BUT NOPE!While I did then connect the next 4 devices easilly, without the virgin media controller its pointless....Why?Because like most people who buy thisI want a remote which replaces all my remotes, not just some of then.Bought this as an 'inspection' before buying its bigger brother which is 4x the price. Glad I did and won't be buying the other version.Also stop advertising this version as the 'budget version' at this price point it ain't.I've got one from a real budget brand who weve all heard of which guess what also connects 80% of the devices this one does at 1/4 of the cost.I bought this version expecting it to be better than the true budget version, its not, its the same thing, sold at a higher cost.

Dislikes; 1) loud clicking when you press a button, I have been using a Oneforall remote which does not make a sound 2) you have to point the SofaBaton U1 directly at what ever piece of equipment you want to use 3) I find the numbered buttons to be quite small.Things I do like are the number of programs that can be input by way of an app on your phone, that is as long as they have your equipment listed, being in the UK I had to program my Sky Q box by the method of learning from my old remote one key at a time.

I really wanted to like this, it replaces all my remotes which work with infrared and as an added bonus it replaces the one for my Fire Stick through Bluetooth.I really wanted to like it....Setup was reasonably easy, though trying to get a Virgin 360/Tivo box to work was a significant challenge as non of the database codes worked. It took a bit of googling but finally got there. I would have used it's 'learning' feature, but that was so hit and miss as to be useless.That's kind of where the fun stops because the point of a remote is to change channels, and this one does, but only when it feels like it, and certainly only when it's pointed DIRECTLY at the equipment, slightly off to one side, forget it.Another issue is that the d-pad really isn't that precise, if you are trying to select an app on the fire stick or a TV menu one click right will often result in the cursor jumping 2 apps right, which is really frustrating. Talking of 'clicks', it certainly does, loudly, on every button press!Other reviewers have mentioned the build quality and they are correct, it just doesn't feel like £55. 30 maybe, 25 more like it, but 55? Not a chance.Taking all those things into consideration, it was returned to Amazon for a refund.

I was sceptical as I've tried universal remotes before but this one works extremely well. I used to have separate remotes for TV, amp and firestick but the sofabaton does all the regular actions I normally need. Needs setting up which is easy but it does take some time. I could add the DVD player but I hardly use that these days so I haven't bothered. What I really liked was that I could program the “firestick” mode to turn on the tv and the amplifier, then control the volume on the amp while choosing the program I wanted through the firestick so that the three devices (tv, amp and firestick) act as if a single device.

I had some issues with the design of the item which meant it wasn’t fit for the use we wanted it for and I left a review stating that. The company contacted me and offered to assist and provided a full refund and also stated that the product has now been improved and revised. I was very pleased with the outcome. The company acted with great integrity and, as such, I would have full confidence in recommending them to anyone in future.

El mando esta bastante bien y es fácil de configurar con el móvil , pero los botones son duros de presionar y la rueda se nota de tacto barato al desplazarse para lo que cuestaLo suyo hubiera sido una rueda con tacto más premium tipo ratón y con pulsador hacia dentro para seleccionar el aparto asi como los botones de pulsación más suves

Używam pilota z telewizorem Philips (dziecko pourywało przyciski w oryginalnym pilocie), Amplitunerem Denon, niestety nie udało mi się skonfigurować projektora Optoma. Fajnie wykonany, zgrabny design. Największa wada to tylko i wyłącznie komunikacja na podczerwień czyli trzeba celować w ekran, co jest w dzisiejszych czasach trochę przeżytkiem. Druga wada, to brak funkcji głosowych/ asystenta Google, które mam w oryginalnym pilocie TV.

Funktioniert wie erwartet !!Alle unsere Geräte werden zuverlässig erkannt und gesteuert !!LG TV / Denon Receiver / Vu+ Ultimo 4K / Playstation usw….Und der Support ist auch sehr gut und bei einem Problem wird innerhalb kürzester Zeit eine Lösung angeboten !!!Top 🔝

Nachdem Logitech seine Harmony-Fernbedienungen eingestellt hat war ich auf der Suche nach einem Ersatz - und den habe ich mit der Sofabaton U1 tatsächlich auch gefunden.Die Einrichtung meiner Geräte (Receiver, Apple TV, Blue Ray-Player) hat problemlos funktioniert - alle Geräte waren in der Datenbank.POSITIV:- Die Tasten der Fernbedienung können nach der Ersteinrichtung frei belegt werden, nicht benötigte kann man löschen- Eventuell fehlende Funktionen kann man über die Original-Fernbedienung per Infrarot übertragen- Makros = Befehlsabfolgen (Aktionen bei der Harmony) für verschiedene Geräte sind möglich und funktionieren auchNEGATIV- Tasten klicken laut- Bluetooth-Geräte lassen sich in die Makros nicht einbinden.- Zuordnung der Makros auf einer Taste eines Geräts ohne Bezeichnung (bei Harmony getrennter Aufruf über die Fernbedienung möglich)Fazit: Brauchbar, aber nicht so ausgefeilt wie die Harmony-Geräte!
