Had the unit 11 months, worked fine. Tried again and it would not light up. It was a bit complex to communicate through Amazon to the seller, but once I did it was all smooth sailing.They apologized, asked for my address and have shipped out a replacement.They stood by the 12 month warranty and I am happy.Thanks!!

I used this to trace a drawing onto my 140lb 300gsm watercolor paper. The brightness level was high enough to see clearly where the sketch lines of my drawing were. So happy I paid for the larger size screen, so I can use 11x16 watercolor paper. Love it!

I don't think I've ever given a 1-star review and if I could leave Zero stars I would. The connector where you plug in the charging cable was overly tight. When I plugged the other end to a USB port on my laptop, a red light lit up. There's nothing in the documentation about the charging process. I posted a question and was told by the seller that when the light turned green I could turn on the light box.Yeah, well it turned green and the button where you turn on the light pad and control the brightness did....NOTHING. This piece of junk never turned on. The pad is flimsy and for some reason you can see the internal wiring next to the charging port on the pad.UPS is coming Monday to pick up the light pad so I can get a refund. I did additional research and selected another light pad that costs a bit more but has great features and excellent reviews.
