So I read the reviews AFTER I purchased these curler. I have short, shoulder- length (Black/African texture) hair. The curlers are comfortable to sleep in and they did not break any of my hair. For the average adult, you will need more than just five curlers. I just ordered a 20 pack from this same company- It is a BETTER DEAL. Ditch the 1960s plastic rollers; these are great for all textures of hair. NOTE: this is not a new invention, my mom had curlers like these in the 1980s, but I have not seen these in stores in over 20 years! Thank you Amazon for bringing these back.

The scam is you definitely need two packages. I am actually a hairdresser and I have tried every way to part out my hair and my friends hair (shorter and finer than mine) And it just doesn't cover all the head. They say they are longer also. They are about 5". That would not be an issue if they provided more rollers. Provided not good for thick hair at all! If you buy them, buy 2 packages

I think these will work great if you have a small amount of hair. Or ear length hair.These curlers are like pink foam rollers for the late 80s early 90s and easier to use. I think they would work great in a little kids hair. You will need more than one package to get your hair to curl all at once..

Yes, these are more expensive but the quality is superior. The foam is round instead of square and the stitching will last. I ordered 2 more packs. Great for short hair.

These worked great for adding some curls near my face. I’m going to purchase another set. This is so much better than those foam rollers and no damage to your hair by a curling iron!!

In the photos it showed bigger beach waves, so I assumed that these rollers would be a bit bigger. Definitely not worth the price.
