Tasty and I ate them too fast and now I have no more
These are so so good. And addictive. They are a really good value for the price you pay, too. They have a very nice texture and there is enough PB in there to make the mouth-feel super nice. It's just a really nice balance between PB filling and wafer. It's a pretty decent size box for around $1.50 - which is kinda crazy cheap in today's economy. If you like some tasty peanut butter cookie snacks, at least try 'em out. The only negative thing is you NEED to put them up in a separate bag. Because they are addictive. Get you some out. Put them on a plate. Put the rest up. They are good.

They're Decent
These are decent. They have a nice form to them and look beautiful. They're not too crumbly or brittle.I'll start by saying that I received my item in great condition ... No broken wafers, and the packet I received was well in date - Received in March, expiring in October of the same year. The packaging looks nice. However, I disagree with any packaging that isn't resealable. The packaging for this is a red plastic-like pull tab that rips the entire first layer of wafers back and away, and exposes all the wafers inside. By doing this, the manufacturer is covertly telling you, since there's no way to re-seal it, "I want you to eat ALL of these, right now" which really probably isn't the best for you. I wasn't counting how many came in the packet, but it's at least 16, and I don't know about you, but I can't in good conscience knowingly down 16+ wafers in one sitting. I just need more variety across my taste buds than that... If they put it in re-sealable packaging, my tune would change. On first glance you think "aw man these are gonna be great..." Then you take a bite and you're like "oh.." The vanilla flavor just isn't that strong, like it is on something like a Nilla Wafer or a PF pirouette cookie. They're 80% bland and 20% vanilla. I'm not saying that I don't like these - but, they could be better. They need a thicker layer of the cream in them. The cream section in these is a fingernails thickness... Really not that much there at all. I split one of these in half and tried to push the spreading of cream back with my thumbnail and it barely moved any material at all. They also leave a slight film on the roof of your mouth, which I didn't notice until the second time I tried them. Like I said, they're decent.

I'm SHOCKED No One Figured Out this Baking Hack Yet
Over 10,000 reviews, yet no one else has figured out this awesome baking hack that you can do with these tasty wafers. Everyone knows how tasty these are. But don't realize there's a secret use for them in your kitchen when baking. So I won't keep it a secret, I'll let you in on the baking hack:WAFER COOKIE PIE CRUST.Put a new spin on a custom crust for your next cheesecake, key lime pie, lemon meringue, or countless other treats that call for a traditional or graham-cracker style pie crust.INGREDIENTS:1. 9 ounces of vanilla or chocolate wafer cookies*2. 4-6 tablespoons unsalted butter, softened or melted.*Bauducco sells a "family size" 9 ounce package, though you can also get two packs of the smaller sizes and just leave a few of the cookie wafers out.DIRECTIONS:1. Add the cookie wafers and butter in a food processor or suitable blender until fully blended. If needed, use a silicone spatula or similar utensil to scrape the sides of the processor/blender once or twice during this step.2. Take this blended mixture and place it on an eight to nine-inch pie plate.3. Use your fingers to press the crumbs down into the pie plate so that you have a nice even layer all around.OPTIONAL STEP:4. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Place the pie plate with your-pressed in crust inside, and bake for ten minutes. Remove from oven, and let it cool completely before adding your filling (whether it's something you need to continue baking, or adding a filling is the final step). You don't have to do step #4. But doing that step will make for firmer, slightly harder crust that won't break apart too easily (a plus if you plan on adding a no-bake cheesecake filling). This works well with both the vanilla wafer cookies, and obviously works great with the chocolate ones. But for myself, I simply enjoy experimenting with different types of pies I can use this crust with. And then enjoy getting compliments when guests try a slice of pie or cheesecake, and are pleasantly surprised by the crust. They NEVER guess how you made it, and it's up to you if you want to share the little secret.

Good and unexpected
Love the brand. This cookie/wafer is soft and its size is tiny. Has at least 10 pieces per pack. Good for toddlers. I mentioned unexpected because my taste is for crunchy wafers not soft (buttery). Great deal for the price. 3 star because not the texture I expected. Dull flavor on both sides vanilla and chocolate. My son (3rd grader) loves the vanilla over the chocolate. As well the texture. Half and half vote.

My FAVORITE Wafer Cookies!!!
These wafer cookies have easily become my guilty pleasure and coffee break companion. The combination of delicate, crispy wafer layers and smooth chocolate and vanilla cream filling creates an irresistible texture that's light yet satisfying. The individual packaging keeps each cookie fresh and makes them perfect for tucking into lunch bags or desk drawers. Unlike some wafer cookies that can be overwhelmingly sweet, these strike a pleasant balance where you can actually taste both the chocolate and vanilla distinctly. They're substantial enough to feel like a real treat but light enough that you don't feel weighed down afterward. The only downside is they're so addictively good that the box disappears faster in my house! The quality of taste and convenience of the single servings justifies the price difference compared to other wafer cookies. Pro Tip: Don't leave them near heat sources, the cream filling can get a bit soft.
