This was a very easy test to do and if you follow all the directions correctly pretty quick results. The customer service was excellent. I mistakenly sent my test in without the not Result Notification Form and didn't realize it until almost 2 weeks later. When I was looking for the number to call to see what happened to my results, I found the paper with the packet. I called the number and left a message. They promptly called me back. I explained what happened. They were very understanding and said no problem. They emailed me a form to fill out and I sent it back. I did have a little trouble figuring out how to fill the form out and sending back. When they received my first attempt, they called and said they could fill it out with me over the phone. But I had already sent the form back the correct way. They could use that. 3 days later I got my results. It would have been extremely easy and quick, if I hadn't overlook the notification paper. Overall very pleased.

This was quick and accurate. I thought a 23 year old that notified me was my granddaughter because she looked so much like my other granddaughters. I purchased this test and it was so easy to use swabbing the inner cheeks rather than trying to spit in a cup. Simple form to fill out. Received the results within a week and sure enough it is confirmed at 99.99%. If you have a doubt or just want to find out then this purchase is a must.

While the instructions were easy to follow, my results were that “ An insufficient amount of DNA was found on the provided samples. Recollection has been requested of all participants to complete comparison. The success rate depends on the quality of the sample provided. We highly suggest providing a second set of sample's If you wish to submit new sample's to complete the comparison the cost would be $80 Dollars.” I’m a healthcare professional who has swabbed many a patients for biological samples, and as with them, I made sure to do the absolute most when collecting because I wanted to make sure that our results were real. We have them more than what they asked, so insufficient is just not accurate. If DNA can be obtained from the skin cells on the end of a hair follicle, two cheeks swabs collected over >30 seconds should be more than enough for a sample. It’s the send an is an additional $80 that gets me.

Instructions were easy to follow, testing is so simple. Once I mail it back, I received an email when they received the test on a Friday, and it stated I would have the results in 1-3 business day. I was surprised and very happy when we received an email on Monday with the results. So happy with this company, I will only be using them in the Future. The nature of this product can create some distress in situations where sensitive information can cause much pain and suffering if not handled carefully and discretely. My experience with the company was positive. Customer service was good and the response time was as promised. I read a great deal about these tests on ethics, accuracy, and even the moral and legal aspects of this testing. Not to mention the freedom the government has to access these things with little effort. When you don't have anything to worry about then this seems like a great service when things are in doubt, or need clarification. Reading the reviews on this particular company showed them to be reliable and in the top three for this type of testing. My only anxiety comes from not seeing the inter-workings of this process. In this age of scams, I'm sure there are the unscrupulous out there who could really just take advantage of people and generate bogus info. Do your homework, but I feel 99.9% confident that this company is on the level and is ethical in their work. I would use them again if there were a need. Overall a very positive experience.
