I bought this product because of the very highly rated customer reviews. It’s a good machine but so are many cheaper models. The shape of the carafe makes it difficult to use for pouring water into the machine. I’m using a plastic water bottle instead. Other than this, machine performance is good.

s A smart machine that makes a good cup of coffee. A very bad design fault is the filling of the water tank. using the coffee jug to fill ; couldn't empty all of the water in the tank as the lid gets in the way. very frustrating.
