Very Detailed Figure with a Ton of Accessories
This Power Rangers: Lightning Collection action figure is very accurate to the Dino Thunder Yellow Ranger, right down to the actor's distinctive hair style in that series. What I love, in particular, is the bevy of accessories that is included: two sets of hands, two different heads, two weapons (one that can be holstered) and a "firing" display accessory. I'd highly recommend for fans of Power Rangers and fans of the Sentai / Super Sentai genres.

Kira is the second to last character of the Dino Thunder group to add to your collection. Amazon came through again for an early release! The head sculpt is pretty accurate, although it will be a bit of a challenge to remove the head and add the replacement on. Kira comes with her blaster, two replacement hands and her Ptera Daggers. I am not sure if I attached them correctly on the figure but I hope you all can excuse me for it.The articulation is reasonable, a little stiff on the elbow joints but still decent. The skirt is soft rubbery plastic, so you can move her legs more freely. It’s also great to add the whole team together. (That Trent and Kira picture is for you fandom shippers. I know you guys are out there!)Only one Dino Thunder figure left, and that is Dino Thunder Black (Tommy). Hasbro, once you finish Dino Thunder, can we please get Ninja Storm? My favorite? The 20th Anniversary is coming soon….

Defective
I ordered 2 of these, because I like to display them with both head options (actor portrait and helmet). One of the two came with two left gripping hands, which are the hands the figure has attached in the box. It was pretty obvious error, and far from the first issue I've had with Hasbro products recently. Of the 5 Hasbro figures I've ordered this year, 2 have had issues (the other was a GI Joe Classified that was missing accessories). A 40% failure rate isn't good. Amazon sent a replacement after a bit of bothering, but it's not good that I had to deal with getting a replacement at all.Once you have all the right parts, the figure's just as good as most Lightning Collection figures. The likeness on the civilian head isn't perfect but is definitely better than some others. The paint is a touch sloppy in places, which is nothing new, and the weapons could use a bit more of it.Overall it's a mid-level entry into the Lightning Collection lineup. If you can get it for well below MSRP like I did, it's worth picking up. Just don't be shy about letting Amazon know if you've gotten a bum figure.
