Good for healthy Gut . Since a week started and can feel the difference. Good vegan product for adult gut health. Has no taste, no smell just one simple capsule post food to be taken. One capsule per day . Total 60 capsule in one bottle. Then worth it.

It did help combating that heart burn and burp issues.
As a vegetarian you are almost susceptible to feel that bloating and burping issues but after using these synbiotics the symptoms have almost faded to zero. It also aids in digestion and stomach upsets.

Why is L gasseri missing here ?
I wonder why L gasseri is missing in a gut formula - it is incomplete without L gasseri BNR17 strain
