Bought these to replace a 5’ fluorescent tube and a string of small bayonet bulb lights. These are lovely and bright but not a harsh cold or “cool” light more like a warm daytime light. East to install, 2 wires out the end are plenty long enough. Screw base plate to wooden roof joist or cable tie in place if joists are metal then click the cover in place. Really light in weight, and easy for an amateur diy-ist to fit. I fitted 4 lights in my 25’/ 7.6 metre tandem garage, so 2 or 3 would be plenty in a single garage.

We had enough of the old fluorescent light, could go on the kitchen and get what you want and out before the light came on. So we decided to go for this light. Its absolutely brilliant, so easy to fit with just the two wires to wire up. It's that light in weight that it doesn't matter where you screw the holdings in the ceiling. We were amazed at the quality of the light, nice and bright and alot better than the old 6 foot fluorescent one I took down, it even has 3 settings for cool warm ect but we have ours on bright. It came next day and was installed within a hour of arriving. I would highly recommend this light and its s Alot cheaper to run which is a bonus in today's current climate. 5 star across the board plus it looks so much nicer on the ceiling, so much more upto date.
