Just purchased this yeast for the first time. I have used it in two recipes so far and it is awesome! Does not take long to bloom when making bread. And i am very pleased with the resealable bag it comes in. Very sturdy and thick packaging.

Bob’s Red Mill products are high quality all around. Having Celiac disease, the Certified Gluten Free label is a must. Never had a complaint.

I am new to yeast doughs and have tried other yeast, this was the best, and all my baking turns out beautiful. Won't buy another product.

So glad to find this yeast on Amazon. It is my favorite and the only one I buy. In the past when my local supplier didn’t have any in stock I would have to hunt it down. This yeast lasts a long time if kept in an airtight container in the fridge, up to a year! It is so consistent. I have never had a bad batch or yeast that won’t revive. For bread bakers this is a must. I love this stuff!

I noticed the yeast I bought from the store didn’t seem to be helping my bread rise like it should. It wasn’t expired, it was stored in the fridge, and I use yeast in a short time period so I know it’s not from just sitting too long not being used. Well, I ordered this and it was like a night & day difference with my bread. This will be the only brand I use now.
