Way better knife than I thought!!
I thought when I first opened the box and seen my new knife that it seemed light weight and cheap!!! But as I started using it I believe it's one of the best knives I've ever owned. I'm proud to have added this knife to my collection.

Good alternative to much more expensive knives
The knife is as expected. It is very sharp as high carbon should be and stays that way thru repeated uses. Just remember to oil the blade (I use olive oil) after use or I suspect it will start to blacken as many of my Henkel knives do.

Poor finish, but a good knife for the price
The fit and finish on the knife is poor, so poor I wondered if it had been used when I opened it. There are machine marks and nicks on the spine and the ring. It had some small rolls on the edge. It looks like it needed someone to hit it one more time on a polishing/honing wheel and after it was cut.I will break out my Dremel and take care of it, the issues with the edge can be fixed with a stopping belt, but it was represented as more of a quality knife than it is.All that being said, the knife feels good in hand. I have a lot of control with it as the wooden grips are large. It's sharp enough out of the box. I think it was worth what I paid, which is just over $20.

This is a sharp knife it'll go through the sidewall of a tire
I love this knife it's really sharp hit cuts a steak like butter does vegetables like a samurai sword and in a pinch you can put it through the sidewall of somebody's tire and it'll still stay Sharp

I Love This Knife
I had previously bought one of their knives and was skeptical about the quality due to the price, but I was pleasantly surprised. When I found this one available it was a no-brainer, I had to get it.I am an emerging pitmaster and I do a lot of trim work on briskets, pork butts, ribs, and other proteins. This knife is super sharp! It lightly touch the side of my finger and fileted it open life the worse paper cut ever.Don’t let the price fool you. This is a great value and a quality knife.

Eh
I really wanted to love this knife but it just doesn't cut the mustard. It is not sharp at all and I kind of got the feeling it was used. It's a short blade so it was leaving things still slightly attached and not cutting all the way trhough on the ends. I will stick to my Japanese made santoku knives that I love.
