It is shipped through USPS, so you need to be patient and only count business days. Once it’s received, they really do test the DNA within two days. My kit was shipped right before the holidays, so all things considered, I was fine with waiting. It was a test for a family member. We were satisfied with the results and accuracy. I would recommend to others. Everything you need is included for the price. The instructions are easy to follow too.

The test is really easy to use & the results come back fast. The only down side is the free shipping provided. Can take awhile to actually reach their facility. Depending on how far away you live. They notify you when it arrives. Then the results show up really quick. The price is very reasonable & id recommended it to a friend's or family member. Looking for peace of mind.

Put this in the Dropbox on April 6 (Sunday) it was picked up at 4p EST April 7th. It stayed at my local post office until April 12th. It was delivered to the sorting facility (PO Box in TX) on April 13th (Sunday). Received an email that they received the kit on April 15th around 1p EST. Received my results on April 17th at around 1130a EST. They operate in MST.Kit itself is easy to use and easy to register. Results come in a PDF document with the child’s and father’s name that you filled out and date collected. Paternity is either 99% or 0% - there is an explanation of the percentage as well. It is also signed.

Received the test on 17th of march, mailed it back on the 27th of march. Reached out via email two times early April, no response…So I call mid April they say I’ll receive a email when they get it…here it is end of April still no updates. Highly disappointed!

This is a simple test and it's well worth the money. The peace of mind alone is worth the test even if you don't think the kid is yours. There are two swabs for each person so you can be sure they can test one and get results. Everything is included in the test all you have to do is register it online and send the swabs back in the provided shipping bag. They have your results quick and all you have to do is give them an email address to send them to.

it was a great test use you, although it took about a week if not longer (shipping) but after it was shipped and reached the facility, i did get the results in 1-2 days:) the results were also very easy to read
