After I placed my order for the Relife Sports vertical climber, it arrived in less than a week. All parts were included with none of them damaged. Easy assembly, although instructions #2 & #3 were a little confusing relating them with the associated photos. I was able to complete the assembly within 15 minutes or a little less. Working out was straight forward and a real good workout. My lower body, core, and upper body really felt the affects. This machine is very sturdy, well built, with no problems so far. Not bad for the price. I recommend this fitness machine to all that wish to get fit and have little time to go to the gym or perform long workouts.

Before buying this machine I was concerned that it wouldn't be difficult enough to provide a good work-out for me. I'm a 210 pound, 6'2'' 50 year old man. I've regularly exercised and stayed in shape pretty much my entire life. I have a resting heart rate of about 59 bpm. This climber seems sturdy enough, mostly made of steel tubing. I didn't waste any time with the small digital timer. It's not positioned where you can easily look at it. I'd actually have to get off the machine and bend down to read it. I'm just going to use my phone. I did a 25 minute workout. My iPhone paced this at about 2500 steps. At 15 minutes I was sweating profusely. By the end, my legs and arms felt like they had been worked pretty hard and I'm happy with the purchase. I will continue to use this as part of my overall fitness routine probably 2-3 times per week. There aren't any resistance settings. Think of it more like running or swimming, make it harder by going faster. It's easy to fold up and will fit in most coat closets so you could quickly pull it out to your living room and work-out while watching TV. Overall, it's a very practical and effective cardio fitness option that hits your whole body. Update- I’ve added ankle weights to increase the difficulty of the workout

I've been on these machines before and they seemed very flimsy. I'm 5'10, give or take 200 lb female, so I don't want something wobbly. This feels nice and sturdy, not afraid to use it, awesome little machine! I did take someone's advice from a review and purchased the Lucas white lithium grease to keep the cable lubricated. I re-lube it about every third use or so. The guy said he put a mat under it to keep the grease from flicking around on his floor. I tend to be a little more cautious about how I put it on and I haven't had any problems with finding it flicking around anywhere. As you can see by the picture when stored it the footprint is really small. Even open the footprint isn't big which would be ideal for even a studio apartment. I highly recommend it I've had it about 2 months I think, give or take a little. This was easy to assemble, I did it all myself. This is been perfect for me, I can use it at my leisure, I feel the strengthening of my muscles, and it will kick your butt! I would buy another just like it in a heartbeat.

Me gustó que llegó antes de lo esperado y me ahorro la espera de tenerlo ya en mi casa , lo único que vi es que el instructivo viene en un solo idioma (inglés), pero era natural ya que el escalador es importado pero de ahí en fuera todo muy bien : sin ninguna queja, llegó bien cerrado y empacado , me gusta mucho mi compra.
