No carrageenan. Pure, clean ingredients. Great taste.
Pure, clean ingredients without carrageenan and fillers. No mixing, no need for refrigeration. I can take a carton to the gym with me and drink it after workout - which is the best time for maximizing strength training. Great taste.

Vanilla is quite tasty
I bought the vanilla and they taste better than other shakes I've tried. These seem to have the same general ingredients as other brands and similar in price.

Light lingering after taste. However, when i use it in the morning with coffee and cinnamon powder that lingering after taste is no longer there. I will be purchasing again.
