I got this iron to use to apply glue backed wood banding on to the edge of plywood. It worked perfectly. It got hot and reached temperature fast. Small in size and lightweight, making it easy to hold and use. It completely melted the glue and the iron surface was large and flat enough to insure good application. Being small it was a bit unstable when left standing. But do not leave it unattended which would be common sense and It should meet many different types of light to medium duty uses. Very happy with his,I applied over 40- feet of banding and it worked great. Just have to keep the wife and grandkids from finding it or my "wood working" Tool will become a Perler Bead press which it appears to also be suited to.

Handy little iron. Inexpensive but works good.

I bought this to replace my mini iron. It works great for melty beads. It heats up quickly and evenly. There were less beads stuck to the iron paper vs. the mini iron which would pick up the whole project. I love the color and the size is just right.I ended up using max heat setting which is the only drawback. Otherwise it's great and easy to use.

The iron is very light. The cord strain relief gets twisted around during use and can make the iron not sit flat on table. It could cause it to fall over. If the iron was heavier the bad strain relief wouldn’t be as much of an issue. Also the iron surface doesn’t glide smooth once it’s been used a few times. The temperature setting doesn’t seem to offer much variation. Less than max and it’s just too cool but turn it up a little and its too hot. I think this has to do partly with the iron being so light that the heat isn’t maintained during the heating cycle. So fully on is all that really works.As for a cheap iron it’s expected I guess. But this should be noted. This iron works on max but be extra careful with the cord. If it came with a base like other small irons it might be better and solve the unstable issue.

I'm a crafter and often make things with heat transfer vinyl. While I have a big heat press, sometimes there are projects that are not well suited for the large press. That was the case for a tote bag I recently customized. This handy iron was perfect! It's a bit bigger than the Tulip mini iron I also have, but works perfectly for bags, baby onesies, or other smaller items where getting even pressure on a heat press isn't possible. I love that it actually has a temperature gauge to indicate approximately the temperature I'm using (which is handy for more sensitive materials.) It's also big enough to make a great travel iron.

Small, but gets hot very fast and works for the small projects I do.

Después del primer uso la placa metalica se desprendió, hasta se pueden ver los cables. Se puede utilizar bien, para los Beats tengo que subirle al maximo, si no el calor es poco. No sé si pueda haber cambios..

La compré para llevarla de viaje y planchar camisas, la verdad me sorprendió por qué dentro de lo que cabe las planchó bien para ser pequeña
