Install was easy and the weight and thickness of the rod keeps it in place without any bending. My only thing to note would be that it is closer to brushed aluminum than nickel, so if you have it near other brushed nickel hardware, it probably won't be a match.

I've tried several different curtain rods, including the "Zerobee" for 66-120" but this curtain rod is by far the best! It's just two pieces and you can slide one of them to adjust length. I can't manage to screw it in to tighten and stay in place, but so far that doesn't seem to matter much. I don't exactly plan on my curtain rod. With only 2 pieces, it appears as one single rod, not like the Zerobee where you can see all the smaller pieces put together. I will probably return my Zerobee rod and exchange for one of these. The dark bronze is closer to black than I'd anticipated, but it looks good with my faux linen curtains in the living room. Very satisfied. One set of curtains finally done!

Looks great but the screws they give you are made of very soft metal, easily rounded. Use your own screws if you have them, otherwise be very gentle when screwing them in to the wall
