They are a bit on the sticky side. They stick to each other and try to stick to my teeth. I usually try to brush my teeth after eating them. I have been taking them for about 2 weeks now and I have noticed that my nails seem a little more thicker / stronger. Will have to see how well it does over time. As for the current price well I have found some similar items less expensive and some more expensive I feel the price also depends on the quality of ingredients used. I’ve been using these for a few months now. I was taking Ozempic and lost a lot of hair because of rapid weight loss. I initially bought them for hair loss but it’s multi collagen so it’s good for your skin, mood and hair. It works but you must be patient and trust the process.

I continue to use products with collagen properties to help sustain my youthfulness. I am not sure if it works. I usually dye and braid my hair monthly. I continue to experience hair loss.
