Got these for a 3/8 impact that I picked up and so far I'm loving it. Numbers are easy to read and it has all the common sizes. The case is ok, its moulded plastic. The sockets and extensions all work as they should and its been able to keep up with the abuse I'm giving it here at the dealership.

I have to admit my primary selection criteria for these were cost when I found them, but after getting them and using them I was pretty impressed at the value and the quality.Before going into my review, I want to note that most of what I need this for is metric, using a modest impact driver (<120lbs force). The SAE set was more of a bonus to my purchase.First on measured tolerances on a sampling of these: 6MM actual: 5.93, 7mm actual: 6.99, 8mm actual: 7.94, 9mm actual: 9.01, 10mm actual: 10.07, 11mm actual: 10.97, 12mm actual: 11.95, 13mm actual: 12.98, 14mm actual: 13.99.Now on the SAE (smaller sample): 5/16 (should be 7.94, actual 7.93), 3/8" (should be 9.53, actual 9.51), 7/16" (should be 11.11, actual: 11.02).Methodology: 3 samples taken using caliber, averaged. Measurements resolution to hundredths which is the limit of the caliper.Now on the surface: it appears the surface is cold black oxide processed and there is a decent layer of magnetite on it. This coating provides roughing/bite on the socket surface which is nice. It feels velvety and doesn't slip around in your hand. The bad: the coating is a poor reflector of light which can make them hard to find if you're working in dark spaces thanks to the stealth coating LOL. This is not a show stopper in my book.Summary: This is a solid 5-stars in my book. These are well machined... and not a disposable/junk set. The price is right, and you get a decent selection of both metric & SAE.Its a safe buy.If anything goes wrong with them in the next 6 months, I'll update this review.
