Exceeded My Expectation
after consuming this product for three weeks while practicing high tense sports (weightlifting & kickboxing) , below are my findings: -- much less sugar compared to the other brands that I used to consume, which is good thing.- it dissolves well in water after a good 10 second shake.- no digesting issue whatsoever.- the drink is quite thick & will fill you up.- there is a slight after taste that you can overcome by adding more water per serving or by simply using unsweetened homemade iced tea.- although I am consuming 3 portions per day, I didn't see a huge effect on muscle mass since it is 26g protein per serving but at least I am not hungry all the time.

Didn't like it's taste
I ordered double chocolate but its taste is very different from double chocolate of other brands, I didn't like it's taste. But its very reasonably priced compared to other brands.
