As good or better than Onix Fuse orange indoor ball, for less
Tried these on a whim as they're 2/3 the cost of the Onix Fuse indoor ball and they got excellent reviews (better than Onix). We're older, non pro players, but not rookies either. We'd been using the Onix, but threw one of these in for about 8 games.DURABILITY:Smooth seams. At the end of the day it still bounced true, and there were no issues with cracks, dead spots, or mushiness - even after numerous hard smashes. Initially, it had a little bit rougher texture than the Onix, but after the 8 games they were both about the same.PLAYABILITY:The guys actually liked the JoncAye ball better than the Onix as it seemed a little livelier, which made for a "faster" game with harder smashes. The gals didn't seem to have a preference either way. The liveliness also helped with getting those long-reach dink shots over the net. Baseline ground strokes and deep serves sometimes went a tad long at first, but we quickly adjusted. The JoncAyes are a slightly lighter orange color than the Onix, but our "older eyes" had no trouble seeing it against the gym's hardwood floor. So far, a very good ball. I see no reason to pay the extra $ for Onix at this point, and the included mesh bag with locking drawstring only sweetens the deal. Would definitely buy again.

WARNING!!!! THESE BALLS CRACK IMMEDIATELY!!! ZERO STARS
My first batch purchased were fine and lasted a normal time frame of about 10 hours of hard play. I ordered a 12 pack in June and just starting using. Stunningly I had 2 balls crack in the first hour of play. Since then, the balls continue to crack after very little usage. 1 ball has never made it past 5 games. JoncAye customer service has ignored numerous attempts of me reaching out and won't return my email or answer their customer service phone. They're balls are supposed to have a warranty of 12 months, but if they don't answer customer service, how can they make good the warranty? I won't be purchasing again and unless they make it right and replace with a new lot that doesn't have the same quality issues.

From a novice pickleballer
I will admit I am still new to the game of Pickleball. My family picked it up this Summer. As I have played I have gradually moved away from these balls onto other brands. These are solid, bouncy pickleballsbut... Myself and my family prefer the ones with more texture on the outside. Maybe they cause more friction to help with spin shots?Either way they are good, just not my go to balls

Pickleball Ball Set
As we're learning to play, we were advised early to get an extra set of balls as they can sometimes disapper or get stepped on, which require replacement. Additionally, they, like tennis balls, get worn out over time and lose their bounce.

Best ball for indoor wooden floored courts
Started playing indoor pickleball a couple of months ago and the courts I play at have wooden surfaces. Tried various indoor balls but some were way too slow and others were fast and would skid off of the wooden floor. Bought / Shared 6 - 7 different balls and this (Joncaye) ball is my favorite. It is was medium paced among the balls I tried, but the surface material has better grip than most of the order balls so does not skid off the wooden floor and easier to spin as well. Durability is pretty good as well, but I guess most of indoor balls have gôg get tThe ideal ball in my opinion will be this ball but just a little faster.;If you are looking for a ball to play on indoor wooden courts and struggling to find the right mix of speed and grip, do try this ball.

Good indoor ball, but bad durability.
I bought these to use at the local rec center. The balls supplied there are Jugs indoor balls, and they're very soft. I had used some Onix indoor balls and really loved those, so when I found that these were supposed to be comparable at a lower price point, I thought they would be worth a try. I actually do like the playability of the ball a lot. It bounces nicely, doesn't skid, and feels as close as you're going to get to an outdoor ball in feel when playing on a basketball court surface. That being said, the lifespan on these is about 1-3 hours, and that's without any dramatic overhead smashes. All in all, a good ball. And the little bag is super nice to have. Worth buying once for that bag and to try the balls out, but I'll probably just pony up and pay a little extra for the Onix balls from now on.
