More useful than I anticipated, not just for squats!
I love a good cork prop, as you can see in the picture. Prefer the natural feel, grounded weight, and just overall vibe of cork blocks over foam and this wedge is confirming that for me. I have a wide foam yoga wedge that mostly has sat in my props box since I bought it, but due to my rehab focus on super-tight foot/ankle/calves thought I'd give these foam wedges a try and super glad I did! Been using these with bare feet as opposed to the image which shows a person in sneakers. Of course if you're using these as part of your circuit training or something you're not gonna wanna stop and remove your shoes, but the subtle nuance of how these relate to your joints is better felt if you can expose your whole foot to the block, speaking as a chiropractor/fascia worker/yoga chick. The cut of these is fantastic. I find the angle to be perfect for a tension-free full malasana yoga squat which my ankles and lower legs prohibit me from naturally doing. With the foam one-piece wedge I would still tip and fall, struggling with a couple old lower leg injuries to balance, and had to use an additional yoga blanket under my heels as the angle was sharper and doesn't plateau at the top. With these, not only can I separate and angle them to match the rotation of my femurs and where my feet naturally want to fall, but the plateau on top adds to my stability of balance in a squat. The flat area also adds to the variety of ways you can utilize them. For example, you can step on the flat plateau to massage your feet. It gives a nice flexion to the tarsals and metatarsals. Turn them to face the other direction and the flexion will have more or less pressure depending on what you want. You can use them in a forward fold with your heel on the ground and toes going up the angle, or step one foot back and bend that back knee folding over the straight forward leg for a good hamstring/calf stretch.Putting them under my hands in down dog gave a new dimension to that pose, so I wasn't reaching/falling forward towards my hands but could grip the wedge and engage the muscles to help from dumping into hands and wrists. And during a yoga class I grabbed one instead of the block which turned out to be a better fit as it's about half the size of a full block and was exactly what I needed to supplement the space between my hand and the ground. I also have used one to support my head in a seated yin pose where my head was almost reaching the floor but not quite. In the few days I've had them, they have gotten far more use than anticipated. I've sat in malasana squat pose comfortably and casually, stretching and strengthening my lower legs and ankles, no knee pain, not even noticing I'm "in a pose," just doing it while the TV is on. If you're looking for something like this, look no further!

Nice and Simple - that's what I like about them.
I looked at a bunch of calf stretch/squat boards that could be adjusted and had lots of other features but ultimately settled on these simple cork blocks. They are small and very portable. They are very sturdy and have no trouble supporting my almost 200 lbs. They are perfect for stretching my calves and you can adjust the angle be repositioning how far up your foot goes on the block. They also work well for squats and again your foot position determines the angle. All of this being said, I have a size 9.5 foot and I could see these possibly being too small for people with a size 12 or more. The base is only 9 inches, but the inclined part that you put your foot on is a little under 6 inches, so that could be an issue for bigger feet. For my small feet, it is perfect. The bag they come in is not a super high quality bag, but it's nice to have something to put them in when traveling with them. As for durability, they seem like they will hold up too long for me to wait for any possible issues. They seem very sturdy for cork blocks. If I look for weak points by trying to bend them with my hands, the front points will bend slightly at the corners, so that could be a potential point of weakness, but only if mistreated or accidentally damaged by something abnormal I think. They ARE made of cork, so if you dig at them with your nails or other sharp implement, they will come apart, so don't do that ;) I repeat, they are made of cork as listed :) While these are on the floor and being used, they feel rock solid. I have a very low pile carpet in the room that I use them in, so they don't slip at all, but some have said they slip, so do think about what type of floor you'll be using them on... I'm not posting any pics on these because the listing pics say it all... There's not much else to say about these. They are cork blocks, but my repaired achilles tendon and my calves feel better already :) Hope this helps someone. Have a great day!

Squat for Strength
You can build a lot of muscles squatting. Lots of leg muscles, back muscles, abdominal muscles, you know...lots of muscles. If you're going to squat and build those muscles then you should probably try to get more efficient and work it hard. Make it happen. Don't lolly-gag around the bush while Johnny skips down the street. Get off your butt and get to squattin'!!! So you use these under your toes to add some angle and improve the impact. It's not as easy as 1-2-3, but it's not as tough as trigonometry either. Somewhere in the middle of those 2 options you'll find yourself working to get fit. Get at it. Go for it. Move ahead.

Very sturdy blocks for standing desk, squats, and yoga
I have been looking at wedge blocks for several months ( apparently alot can go into these things...) I finally decided upon these, and I am 110% happy with these. I use these for several things including squats at the gym/home, to stretch my calves with my standing desk, stretch my wrists, and also for yoga. I work at my desk all day for work, and these make it easy to incorporate stretching every few hours within too much of a bother and with no one really noticing either.Pros:1. Heavy duty cork to provide grounded stability2. 2 different angles to use for the wedge3. Travel bag for work travel and to put in the gym bag4. Minimal logoCons:None really, they work as expected!Overall, if needed I would get these again. However, because they are heavy duty and sturdy I do not anticipate these will need replacing- which is really a bonus.

no any use
I have never seen such a low-cost product. Its hardness is so low. The supporting plane of this wedges has collapsed, even if I have not used it for times. At present, the product cannot be used anymore. The circumference of the product is full of clippings, and the angles have fallen. This product is unworthy of several dollars. I have never such a junk disposable good.
