Torklift F2012 F3006 Pairs of Front and Rear Camper Tie Downs for 2011-2015 Ford F-250 F-350 Super Duty

Installed F2012 front and F3006 rear frame mount camper tie downs on my 2016 Ford F250 short bed with crew cab and factory 2-1/2” receiver hitch. The entire job took about 45 minutes including setup and cleanup. These are amazingly easy to install with basic hand tools. The rear tie downs fit into the ends of the factory hitch using a supplied adapter. A small amount of filing was required on the inside of the hitch tube at the seam weld to allow the adapter to slide in freely. About 10 minutes to install both rear tie downs. The front required removing the emergency brake cable bracket from the spring shackle. The tie downs allow for an alternate mounting location for the brake cable bracket. This bracket relocation only applies to the drivers side. No drilling was required and all the holes lined up perfectly. Easy access to allow installing the two piece tie down that fits over the front end of the rear spring shackle. The front brackets took about 15 minutes drivers side and 10 minutes passenger side. and the remaining time was for tool selection, staging the job and cleanup. The installation took place in the driveway using basic sockets, combination wrenches and a file. Hope this helps someone considering this product. If you are even slightly mechanically inclined and have some basic hand tools do not pay someone to do this job it’s that fast and easy. These are heavy built well engineered assemblies that can be easily installed by one person in less then an hour.

I ordered inccorect and instead of having to send back everything and re-order they helped me by sending the correct rear ones that I needed. They went above and beyond and I would recommend them as a seller anytime.

Start with front passenger side assembly. You will have more room and when do the drivers side it will be easier to understand how the pieces go together when things are tight. Allow 4 hours for installation. All the needed hardware was included and the instructions were good. There are no extra parts and you need to make sure put the correct bolts where they belong.

Installed easily by myself seems very secure good overall

Easy to install. Extremely well engineered. And it kept our camper in place when we foolishly decided to take a gravel road over the mountain pass. Lots of uphill and bumps and potential for the system to fail and the camper to slide off the truck. But the tie downs held like a champ.

Easy installation. The only thing we found wrong was two flat washers didnt fit. Dont pay a shop to install these. They quoted us at 3 hrs to put on the truck. Only took 1 hour.

Work perfect, fast and easy

Rear mounts did not fit with the provided sleeve. Loose fit without sleeve. Had to drill out holes in 2 washers because they were grossly undersized.
