First of all they aren’t for severe anxiety. They can help take the edge off if you take them at the onset of a panic attack or stressful situation. They also help me get to sleep. I can’t say that the affects are super noticeable in the sense that I feel anxious one minute and right away after I chew them a good minute or two I’m miraculously better, it’s more of a gradual calming. I’ll just notice that I’m actually going about my business like a normal person, not curled up in a ball waiting for that feeling to go away. If that makes sense. I know they make one for sleeping but it has melatonin in it and they doesn’t work for me but this one actually helps me get to sleep if I take it 30-60 before bed. Otherwise my mind is racing. They do taste good, I also have the women’s multi vitamin. I don’t have problems swallowing pills but my daughter takes this one and suggested I try it so when at Costco they had the 200ct multivitamins for only 20 so decided to give them a try too. I like them and now I take my vitamins everyday because they taste good. That was a good value but $25 for this product seems steep to me even though they work well.

I tried these out when I came across them in Target one day looking for my vitamin D gummies, and thought I would give it a whirl, since, I was feeling SUPER stressed and having a hard time last semester in college, with a heavy load. I really did not think they were going to work, and I was going to just chalk it up to a trial and error. Well, lets just say, they do work! I feel way more even keeled, although I do take other medications to help with that, I found that this semester, of taking them consistently, its been a dream. They don't make me sleepy or anything, I feel less panicked, I really do feel like they have helped. I also take 5HTP with these, and it has made a world of difference from last semester to this semester.

If I am feeling symptoms of stress, after chewing two gummies, within minutes I no longer feel stressed or anxious. I would call it a miracle almost. I came across this gummies one day at a retail store. Decided to give it a tried. Then order my 2nd bottle on Amazon. I love how convenient they are. Help reduce my daily stress, doesn't testate bad no smell at all, natural Ingredients, good quality and helps you to sleep if taking at night. I take it in the morning. I would recommend 👌

I get these at the grocery store a lot because they're great, pretty tasty, and (for me) work very well at calming me down and even with my blood pressure. It has been harder to find them at the store so I ordered them here, hoping to start a regular shipment as i have them multiple times a week. But they arrived fused into a giant gummy, all together and melted. I know it was summer so maybe this only happens with this time of year but it is enough to impact how much I consume them so wouldn't order from here again, maybe try again when it gets cooler. Just a warning, otherwise great product.

This is not a magic gummy. However, it definitely elevated my mood quickly. I wasn't as anxious as usual when I had a dental appointment. Also, it unexpectedly lowered my appetite. Apparently GABA has something to do with appetite regulation. I don't feel like snacking between meals. For me the gummy are a little too hard and the taste is just tolerable. That won't prevent me from taking them. Definitely worth the money.

I’ve used Olly sleep gummies and found them to be very effective vs other brands, so I decided to try the stress gummies. I had low expectations as I haven’t experienced stress relief from a vitamin or supplement in general. These actually worked though. I noticed after a couple of days taking them in the morning they I felt calm and more relaxed without being sleep. I don’t know why people complain about the taste, they taste fine to me and it’s a supplement, not a candy…

These actually work! Mellowed me right out. I took them with dinner and would be so relaxed after. I did find out later that lemon balm may affect how thyroid meds are absorbed so I had to stop but both my 17 and 14 yr old kids take them when needed and they say seem to work for them also. I found a supplement without the lemon balm and just Gaba and L Theonine (spelling). It doesnt work as good as these gummies but I'm happy with it. The lemon balm with the Gaba and L. Theonine really works! Love these.
