I bought this for a friend who's child has a brain developmental problem and ADHD.

I bought this product for both my mother and I. My mother is 94 years old, and has dementia, and I am 68. I really don't have any physical or mental problems other than being tired all the time from taking care of my mother. This supplement supplies Phosphatidyl Choline that is a lipid fat in almost every cell in our bodies and brains. As we get older, our bodies don't supply this element in the quantities that are needed to keep the cells healthy. After using a bottle of it for my mother, I really didn't notice much of a difference in her, but I'm sure it would take more than one bottle to do anything for her considering her mental condition. For me, I noticed a huge difference. I no longer feel groggy when I get up in the morning. It takes a little bit to get past feeling sleepy, but then I really feel pretty good. I also have a lot more energy, and my whole mental attitude has changed for the most part. I have a lot more ambition, and I feel a lot more "up" on life. I have been taking one teaspoon a day, and the taste is not at all bad. It is pretty thick, and like swallowing a teaspoon of thick honey (but not sweet). It's nice that I really don't mind taking it. For my mother, I have started her on PPC that has more components that may be more helpful for her.
