Excellent product, perfect for 1 -2 person at home ...
Excellent product, perfect for 1 -2 person at home sushi. Knife is very sharp. I'm adding a picture to show true size of accessories sent. Fork and knife not included. Small plates great for condiments like Wasabi or Ginger, not much more. Great starter set. I'll update with some killer sushi rolls I make.

Good starter set for sushi
Great starter set that comes in a really nice box that would be good for a gift. The paddles were roughly shaped, but they were good for mixing the rice and spreading it on the nori. The bowl fit about 4 cups of cooked rice well, which was perfect for my first attempt at making sushi for myself. The knife was sharp but has a plastic handle, so it also worked well but probably wouldn't hold up to heavy use.

Cheaply made, not worth it.
I got what I paid for, I guess. It's cheap, and not worth it. Don't bother.

Cheap products
I had to return this product due to it arriving damaged and also just the cheaply made products in general. I had high hopes and got shut down quick. The sushi mats looked as if they were about to break just from staring at them. The knives were tiny. Spoons were also tiny. Wood was cheap material. Save your money, do not purchase.

Good, but not great, purchase
We didn't use the bowl..it was too small. Many of the pieces included were much smaller than expected. The knife required additional sharpening as well as running it through water to be able to cut well. The spoons included were tiny. The little "plates" were only big enough for the ginger/wasabi. Overall, for the money, it was fine and served its purpose. We would not purchase again. And, I'm not sure I could, in good conscience, recommend this product.

Good basic starter set
I was happy to find this set, as I have not seen these with a rice bowl included - one thing you cannot do without! The quality of all the components was good, and the price reasonable. While the bowl is too small for preparing rice for more than 1 or 2 people, that is a good starter size if you are teaching yourself. Even the knife was sharp and useful - something I assumed wouldn't be useful at this price. Recommended.

Great...and not just for starters.
I'm a first time sushi maker. Not knowing what products to get for home made sushi, I wanted to get something that included everything I needed but not spend too much to get started. It's clear that I won't be needing to look anywhere else. Everything from the knife to the bamboo rolling mat is top notch. Great value all around!
