This fountain is cute, but it leaks terribly. It is noisy as well and my cat would not drink from it.

I have a young cat who loves to splash all of the water out of the water bowl. This is the only water bowl I have found that prevents him from emptying his entire water supply onto the floor. With the lid turned with the funnel part underneath, he isn't tempted to play in the water anymore and he always has water available now. It has solved the problem of having water all over the floor and an empty dish. He doesn't seem interested in playing in this dish at all, of which I am eternally grateful! Great product that I would highly recommend to anyone with a problem child like mine.

I love the convenience but cats dont like it as much. They think I installed a paw washer lol.

The media could not be loaded.  As you can see in the video, the pump for this fountain is incredibly weak. I have had this for several weeks now and it has been a persistent problem. Cleaning and adding/removing water does not affect it, the pump is always like this. barely reaches the top of the fountain and often doesn’t reach the top at all so my cat can’t even drink from it. Tried to get a replacement pump and it didn’t have the black cover needed for the hole in the side and water splashed out. The top of the fountain also came with a crack in it that you can see in the video. Seems like a poorly made product if what it came with doesn’t work but easy to assemble i guess and looks nice. If anyone knows where to get a replacement pump for this that will work please lmk!!

The fountain doesn't really work. The water level barely gets above the edge of the top and it doesn't get any higher, even with more water or turning the top as suggested. I took the tube out to raise it and now it won't go back in.

Delivered december 1. Its january 9. The pump has failed and it was not very quiet to begin with.keep your original packaging so you can return it. This pump wire has a grommet that fits thru a hole. Not so easy to find a replacement pump but also shouldnt fail after 5-6 weeks

This fountain doesn’t work the way it says. The water barely pours out the top for my cat to drink. I do not recommend this product.

My two cats (especially the kitten) love to drink from the faucet, but I hate leaving the water dripping and wasting it when the cats are done drinking. I hoped this fountain would allow them to drink from the flowing water but reduce the wasted water. However, neither cat would use this fountain. One of them was intrigued and would watch it, but neither attempted to use it. It was very simple to assemble and the flowing water sound was pleasant. I’m going to keep this in hopes that they will eventually use it, but I’m not sure if they will.
