I use the red one in my hand therapy so I bought them to work at home. I use the yellow 1st. It helps a lot but it takes time and everyday working for 40 minutes. It took about a month to really see an improvement. My therapist noticed my progress and I am now working on "Green". This is a well made product that works and will last for the next generation. It arrived well packaged and undamaged. Worth the money!

Good quality and can use it to strengthen grip etc. Next time I would buy the large size for more versatility of use.

I use one of these for hand therapy. Saw several negative reviews, but took a chance. I have a small hand, so I would recommend for small to medium, definitely not a large hand. Finger holes are tight. Important also, to know what strength you are ordering. Too light, and it could tear, though not easily. Numerous exercises are illustrated on the insert. Has ability to strengthen every muscle in hands, also can help with wrist strength. Worth the price. Not sure about the 7” size.

I had to rinse off the powder on it but once it wasn't leaving gross residue on my fingers (sensory nightmare) It's now one of my favorite things to play with during meetings. Down a star cuz it arrived with funky stuff on it. Maybe that's standard but I hated it and had to wash my hands.

My OT, who specializes in hand therapy, recommended this for my "trigger finger". She has one I've used. I really like having my own. I think it will be beneficial especially once I'm done with therapy. Glad to have found it!

This seems to be a good way to exercise one's fingers and hand, offering strengthening unavailable by other techniques. However, the web ripped after about my tenth exercise. It's still usable, but that was disappointing. Jim Crescenzi

I like this product because it is sturdy & the elastic strength that works very good for my finger, this is therapeutically essential for me & seniors or people that have carpal tunnel or trigger fingers, with a good regiment of using this product & commitment it can work, it is an option instead of taking meds or cortisone shot, I rate it 5-Stars

I had surgery on my forearm (installing an AV fistula) to prepare for hemodialysis. This reduced my hand functionality, especially the thumb. My ability to effectively bead jewelry dropped from hours to minutes. I have to stop beading and shake out my hand every couple minutes to work out the cramp in my thumb. This unique PT tool allows for various finger positions to flex/extend thereby strengthening the fingers and hand. A welcome must-have for my physical therapy arsenal!

Really like this web, only gave it 4 stars because I was expecting it to have more of a resistance with being the strongest model.

I had used the larger version of this whilst in hospital. My hands are extremely weak and I found it hard to motivate myself when I wasn't able to see any impact on whatever I was given to use for physio. This I could squeeze together and loved it. All other places were selling this for nearly 3x the amount £35. I ordered this one whilst out of stock. Was told it would arrive early August, instead it got to me by early July. Fantastic product for anyone who has had a stroke or for any other reason has serious muscle weakness. They do other strengths too, this is the weakest. I use it daily.
